If you exercise im sure it will speed up the weight loss ive just joined a gym, cos i dont wanna have a load of saggy skin basically but you gotta drink more water, if you buy the atkins bars they on special in boots we are allowed thease, good luck keep in touch. ive been going through all the messages and theres no negative comments that i can see everyone is so positive and had good weight losses. good luck keep in touch.

Soup-wise I've tried the chicken (a bit like golden veg cuppa soup) and the beef which is nice, but I can't quite work out what it tastes of, just not beef!! tbh I've been eating Atkins bars more than anything as the shakes don't fill me up at all, and the weather wasn't good for soup until today.

I weighed myself at Boots again today and I've lost 1.3kg since last week - I think it may actually be more but it's my time of the month so next week's weigh-in may be more accurate.

I'm finding my tastes are changing too, I can easily walk past food that would previously have tempted me (the guys at work had pizza and fish n chips today) and I haven't thought about alcohol all week, even though there's been a bottle chilling in the fridge for about a month. The weight loss isn't as much as I would have hoped for but the fact that there's any at all means I'm heading in the right direction and it seems to be keeping me on the straight and narrow.

Now, time for a peanut-caramel bar (like a squidgier Snickers).

Oh, and re:exercise - CS say the diet will work without any but that obviously if you do any it will improve the results.

omg how lovely are them peanut caramel bars yummy.
are them classed as a snack?

the choacolate decadence are nice too, not so keen on the hazelnut crunch though.

im frightened to try the cs bars as someone commented that they seem to foam in your mouth ewwww nasty.

Hi , hope you all dont mind me joining in.I started CS yesterday and i'm looking forward to losing some of the lard ive aquired after having my 4 kids and eating lots of crap over the past 16 yrs.I'm hoping to lose 4 stone and shape up (my 2yr old out runs me at toothbrush time-is how bad it is,ohh and my belly makes slapping noises when i run, suppose i should start wearing knickers huh:p) so its pretty grim.Anyhoos i'm kinda liking this, drinking all the water is hard but something i should be doing anyway as is the cutting out carbs which ive known were the worst offenders in my diet so hoping this is the one for me.
I've tried the vanilla and choc shake so far and erm YUM (is there anything that goes in my mouth that i dont like:rolleyes:?) really like the Mushroom that thinks its beef soup and the chicken is quite nice too.
Ahh (20 mins later) i dont like pepperami, gives me the boak :rotfl:.There must be more !!Im away to think, speak to y'all soon.
All I can do is be me, whoever that is

  • Does anyone know the answer to this?

when I did Cambridge or LL, the shakes had to be drank within 15 minutes of being made up.

Is this the case with CS, or could I make it up in a morning, take it to work in a container, put it in the fridge and then drink it at lunchtime?
