I started on friday, im finding it ok but its difficult to cut out the carbs in the eve meal, it'll be work it thou.
Im the same weight as you and wanna get down to 10st, i havent really felt any different so far (think i expect too much too quickly lol) but I had a sneaky look at my measurements today and ive already lost 1/2 inch off my hips and 1 inch off my wasit!! which is good! not gonna weigh myself until friday thou.
I find it easier to drink the shakes quickly seems to fill me up more, also drinking 2 litres of water a day helps.
keep it up thou, it'll be worth it

Hi sry cant help you as I dont drink tea or coffee, guess it depends on how many ur having a day, if just one or two then I dont see the harm, im just guessing thou as i havent been on the diet that long.
are you not losing the weight then?0 -
Rearly pleased iv lost 7lb first week ,:j found it easy but having a burger at the bbq with out the bun was not good, but hay it will be worth it in the end, then was it ok to eat a burger ? with salade of course .0

Thanks fluffybunni! I'm sitting here after my evening meal and still feeling peckish, even after a plateful of chicken and veggies - the only time today I didn't feel hungry was after my afternoon snack cos I had two, a tin of tuna then half an hour later an Atkins 30g bar, very tasty, will buy some more tomorrow! I have no trouble cutting out standard carbs ie bread, pasta, potatoes as I've done the Atkins a few times so I don't miss them, and I've always drunk loads of water so that's not the problem either! Maybe it will take a few days for my body to adapt to so much liquid as opposed to solids, and tomorrow I'll be hitting the cheesy snacks to see if that helps - fingers crossed....0

Hey!
Started on CS last night, was going to start this morning but i was too excited to see what the shakes tasted like!
I'm 20, 5ft8, weigh 12st8lbs and a size 16.. I'de love to loose about 2 stone would like to be a 10/12 not sure if it will take 2 stone or more so we will see!
So yesterday had a healthy breakfast and lunch, then had a chocolate shake which was a lot yummier than expected, went for a swim for an hour then had half a bar around 8pm.
Didn't enjoy waking up at around 1am with really bad hunger pangs! Took all my willpower not to go down to the kitchen! But when I woke up this morning the hunger had gone.
So just shook my first chocolate shake of the morning, going to try and drink it a bit slower with some water inbetween to fill me a bit more.
Will let you all know how I get on!

once ur body gets use to the shakes ur hunger will get less and less :j
ive got my first weigh in fri morning, not sure what im expecting because i dont feel like ive lost any weight but i no ive lost half an inch from my stomach already which is good :rotfl:0 -

Hi thank you for your reply.......yeah im losing the weight but I didn't know if perhaps I could speed up the weight loss if I just stick to water......0
