I havent tried the soups yet, are they nice? I'm not too impressed with the shakes, they're bearable, but i don't think i could keep this going for too long! :(

Well I lost 2lbs! I know it's not a lot but it's more than I usually lose in the first week - I tried weightwatchers and slimming world and it was painfully slow - like 1lb in a month, very depressing.

Anyway last night I went out with the family and had all you can eat Indian - didn't go mad, but had a bit of naan, no rice and stuck to just one plate full - it was gorgeous. Scales show no increase this morning. So it's back to cs today which is fine. Hope all you guys are getting on great!:T

I have been on CS for five days now and I have to say it been quite easy.I won't deny that I've been hungry at times but as diets go, this is the easiest one I've ever done! I've hopped on the scales this morning (bit naughty I know!) and I have lost 5lbs!!!! :j I can't wait for saturday morning to see what the full weight loss is - CS is brilliant!!! Hows other people doing?

Im back (bet you all hadnt even noticed Ive gone!!) I went lo carbing for a while, but to be frank, I cant afford to do just that - much as Ive been loving pig to twig, its just too much money and not helping me as much as Id hoped.

So back to shakes this morning,(god I missed caramel !!!!) and as Im back to work full time from next week, the soups will be easy for me to have at work, i just need to lose this need i have to chew things(!) and then I can still pig2twig in the evenings (low carb and scrummy!!) and hopefully I will get back losing again. I am 16 3/4 at the moment, and in an ideal world would like to lose at least 5 stone of that - but I will be happy doing it in baby steps for the moment,so I'll aim at 1stish in a month and see whats what. I was so excited when the scales stopped the right side of 17, cant wait to get to the 15 one!!!!

Welcome all the newbies, and good luck !!!

Ooh, I don't like the caramel trudij! Well done on your achievement so far.

I've been on this for 15 days and have lost 10 pounds in total. My daily diet is:
    shake
    low fat cheese stick
soup (I find it useful to divide up over two mugs, it feels like more food!)
    1/2 CS bar mid afternoon
dinner - usually salad and hot meat
small pot of low fat yoghurt and handful of berries.

    Problems I've encountered
    - Tired, despite easily getting through 1.5-2 litres of water and endless trips to the loo. It's starting to wear off although I get good and bad days but I'm not exercising as much as I did before I started (which was 4 x 30 min gym sessions a week).
    - social life !!!!!!ed! I might try and go to the pub this week but I do love beer and there's a beer festival in Cambridge I have to avoid next week!

    Good points
I love the ease - just grab the food and go. It fits really well with my job and my life.
The water really helps my skin bloom!
My local Rowlands. One of the pharmacists has also been through IVF so we've had a moan together about that! They're really great and if you have one near you, use it, it's a valuable lifeline.
Cafe Latte shakes - so addictive!
Watching that weight go, at least I'm doing something positive!
Dieting for IVF, proud of my curves but not the wobbly bits!
