  • Good luck everyone who is starting tomorrow.

I found that I felt a bit bloated this afternoon, in fact my stomach feels odd but I think that this is the adjustment. Peppermint tea seems to calm it down a lot and thank goodness I like to drink it.

I had a massive ham salad for tea and a CS bar - I should've had half but ate all of it :o and wish I hadn't - they really feel like a lead weight but I didn't have a yoghurt.

I've worked out that I have 62lbs to loose to be at a good BMI. If I loose 5lbs average a week then I'll be on CS for 12 weeks. Is 5lb a week a realistic goal?

*Tries not to feel panic about this*

After much research into both the CS diet and the Be-Yu one I have today placed an order with Rowlands Pharmacy. Have opted for the variety pack and not the starter pack.
Really looking forward to tasting the shakes as most of you are loving them all.
I am hoping to loose 10lbs so will keep you posted on my progress... Hopefully by the time I have cleared out the 'old' and introduced the 'new' (foods) my order will be here?!
Look forward to speaking with you all again soon.
