    Just about managed the 2 ltrs yesterday, but have only drunk tea today... Harumph !

  • Well i ordered my celebrity slim from rowlands. turns out my daughter in law has been using these for a while now. i can't keep up, she's always on some new diet. she tells me these are are the tastiest bars and soups shes tried and she's lost about 5lbs so far so thats good. i also ordered a variety pack to give them all a try then i'll pick and choose my favourites.

    I started CS last weekend and have lost 2lb so far, which is a bit disappointing given other peoples first week losses but it is my totm. Hopefully I'll have a bigger loss next weekend! I'm also having a hard time drinking so much water everyday.


    What do you all think of the shakes?
    My favourites are: banana, strawberry, vanilla
    I hate: cafe latte, chocolate (rare for me to hate anything chocolate but these just taste odd to me!)

    It's great to see so many people on this forum on CS!

  • Hi, just to update - my celebrity slim pack arrived and I'm doing my first day today. I had a vanilla shake for breakfast and roast chicken soup for lunch. I was a bit worried about being hungry in between but fine so far. I was thinking about what to cook for dinner at about 11am but that's normal! The shake was delicious and the soup actually tasted of roast chicken and I did feel quite full after. Still a few hours until dinner but I'm impressed that I'm not hungry yet and this is the first day.

    Dont forget to have your snacks.... Make sure you have plenty of veggies for tea. I'm having veggie burgers roast pepper roast toms mushrooms cauli and broccoli for tea, will sprinke a little cheese over too...

    Keep the water up I've been lax with that the last day or 2, only had 1 ltr so far today

    I love the shakes although not so keen on the chocolate one. Had 2 hot the other day as I get so cold with the water I drink. Yuk nasty!!! My mum has started now, is much more of a veggie than me so will find it harder, but shes determined... Ah I have a will of iron so I do!

  • Okay I've ordered my celebrity slim too so I'm gonna see how this goes and let you know about the weight loss. I can't wait to get going as already have some christmas parties in the running and I wanna dust of my LBD!!
  • I have been looking on some other threads and was directed here as this is just about celebrity slim. This is one of the meal replacements that I am going to try - I've ordered some different ones to try out but this sounds good and so many people who are also trying this diet.

  • Well I've done 5 days on the celebrity slim meal replacements and its going really well so far. I've lost about 2lbs but my weight tends to go up and down a bit so i'll do another weigh in a few days to make sure. i've been having the shakes or a bar for breakfast, a snack bar in between and then a soup of lunch and i've been drinking lots of water and eating some other snacks in the afternoon. I felt hungry the first day but i'm a bit of a pig so i'm sure that was mostly because i'm used to eating a lot more. By the second day it was fine and i wasn't even thinking about food between. The bars are filling and the soup is quite nice actually so i'm pleased with everything so far and feeling good. Good luck to the other ladies who are just starting on this, i'll be interested to hear about how you get along.
