I'd love to know if anyone has had some good results with this. I've given up on diets as they never seem to work for long and I just put the weight back on again in weeks. Some of the ladies at bingo have mentioned this one but I don't know much about them as theres so lots of meal replacements around.

I started CS at the end of August and have followed it more or less all the time (except for a week I was away on holiday) and I've lost a stone.
I think it's success depends on your willpower and your circumstances.
It's ideal for me because I never eat breakfast but can manage a shake and I don't have access to food during the periods I'm at work so taking a soup is brilliant.
I have to admit that I don't manage drinking two litres of water a day. But that's because I can't haul it about and have nowhere to wee!

I've tried a lot of different meal replacements in the past but I often end up just treating the bars as 'extra' snacks with a coffee and then being hungry by lunch and having that as well! Some of the slim fast replacements were quite tasty but I didn't lose much weight as i was still snacking. My recent break up has spurred me on to finally get rid of the weight so I might give these celebrity slim products a try. Sounds like people have had some results and I'm willing to try anything new that's recommended.

Hi everyone,
Back again, grand total so far is 8lbs down. I've been mega busy so I'm very surprised to have maintained and still be doing this. Welcome newbies, this is the best system I've tried. I haven't lost masses, but its easy to do and I feel great on it! OMG, I had a cheeky chinese take-away last week and boy was I misrable! I dont think my body was used to all the fat and salt cause I felt sooo ill! I must admit its been really easy to stay away from most 'naughty' food as I really dont crave it.
Hope you are all doing well. Have just ordered myself another box of shakes so roll on another week

Whoop 1lb down this week hooray, have preempted totm and bought some aqua ban tablets....

Into size 12's comfortably at last and my size 14 denim jodphurs hooray....

That makes 7 lb down since September 23rd.....

Right, just ordered a trial pack of Celebrity Slim. Thought this was best to get a variety of products and flavours then I can see which I like and whether they work. Looks like I've got some catching up to do so will let you know what they're like and how I get on...

Having a really bad start to the week - seem to have caught some sort of bug, and have a migraine.

Been doing half CS and half mashed potato diet! Hope tomorrow will feel better and get back on track (I never lose weight when I'm ill!). xxx

Rolo did you order from Rowlands? I found the first order took Sat-Thurs the second took from Wed-Fri..??!! I have 10 days left so will order again on Friday...

PKL with you there. Have only lost 8lb since 23rd Sept, but feel good, not sleepy, clear skin and I have to be up early every day and I wake up now, rather than stumble out of the door bleary eyed!!

Am veggie so takes some thinking out..:rotfl: Sundays worst for me. This week I ended up having a veggie cooked lunch, no pm snack and a cooked dinner as well... Stll lost a pound though

No, I didn't order from Rowlands, it was Superdrug but it still took ages to get to me.

Today was going ok until dinner. I had originally planned to have grilled chicken but I was feeling really hungry and couldn't resist temptation anymore and so I gave in and had an old el paso fajita kit. I had two Fajitas and now feel really guilty, I'm thinking the lack of weight loss this week has had me seriously disheartened, which is why I gave in. I'm hoping that this will be my only lapse for a while.

Anyway, sounds like things are going well for most of you so good for you guys.

I'll see how things go tomorrow, wish me luck!

Thanks sophieschoice, it's good to hear about some real results with celeb slim. i'm going to order some from rowlands. think i'll also get a variety of flavours as i haven't tried this brand before. sounds like lots of people are losing weight with it though and i'm not fussed about swapping shakes for meals, in fact will save some time as i have to get into work early anyway. will let you know when they arrive and how they taste.
