Okay, so I finally got the pack this morning- just in time for a breakfast shake, wahey!

Hmmm, so the taste isn't anything to rave about but I didn't expect it to be that tasty so I guess I can live with it.

So this is my first day (up to this point and plan for later on):

    Morning
10am (I know, I woke up late- such is the life of a student): Chocolate shake.

    Mid Morning
Was busy so forgot to have a snack but was drinking water like a maniac.

    Lunch
    2pm: Roast Chicken Soup

    Mid Afternoon
    4:30pm: Half a choc bar

    Dinner (to be had)
7pm: Grilled chicken breast with loads of veg

    Night snack (to be had)
    9pm: 1 orange

    Water consumption: 2 litres
Exercise: 30 mins Hula hoop and Boxing via Wii Fit Plus (to be done 1 hr or so before dinner)

So that's it folks, what do you think? That look alright or should I be doing it some other way?

P.S I do know that my times are a little off, 4:30pm isn't exactly mid afternoon but I started the day a little late today, which is why I had to compensate.

Tips and tricks always appreciated-keep em coming!:D

Well done Spaine how exciting about the puppy.... Am getting very broody for new baby pets myself but dont think that the older ones would like it! What sort are you getting....

Well I weighed myself again this morning and lost a pound since Tuesday morning. Still  though as totm has messed my initial 6lb loss up completely. So started 23rd September. On 27th had lost 6lb, on 3rd put 2 back on  on 5th, there goes another one on!!! So still have 2lb to go to get back to the original weigh in !!!!

Got my new pack through, Forest Fruits is lush! Am going to give it another 2 weeks as its expensive for me at the mo........ Am keeping everything crossed :D

BTW 3 ltrs of water a day = not a good nights sleep :D

Okay, so onto the 4th day and the shakes are getting easier to have or maybe I lucked out and am having only the moderately tasty flavours like Strawberry and Caramel.
I am dreading Banana and Cafe Latte though. I don't mind bananas but don't like anything banana flavoured and I despise coffee. I only consume coffee when I need to stay up particularly late due to a uni assignment- oh well, guess I will have to brave through it.

So I weighed myself this morning-curtesy of wii fit balance board- and the verdict is that I have lost 5lbs! Am flabbergasted but in a good way, yet also have a sneaking suspicion that it's mostly water weight rather than actual fat loss but hey, I'm not complaining!:D

Have been using Wii Fit to do hula hoops (abs are killing me), boxing (arms and shoulder killing me) and jogging (surprisingly, ok on that one). I sweat like a pig by the end of it (30 mins) and have to lay down for like an hour to recover but it's worth it, I think. Am trying to increase the time from 30 mins to 60 mins, now.

I am also contemplating what to have for dinner tonight, think I like the sound of steak, lettuce, tomato and onions with a light dressing. Any ideas on what to have for dinner other nights? I am trying to plan out my meals ahead of time to make life easier. (Meal ideas should exclude pork or ham or generally anything to do with a pig, please.)

Finally, to all my fellow celebrity slimmers, hope all is going well for you with the diet and remember we CAN and WILL do it!

    BTW Sorry for looooooooooong post.

Hey everyone, just quickly checking in. Have lost a total of 7lbs now which I am really happy with, havent been 100% good over the past week but trying to keep the badness to a minimum. Hope you are all doing well! xx
  • Hi everyone

I'm so sorry I havent been around lately, i'm still on the diet but havent been sticking to it 100% as i havent been very well.

Since having my little girl I havent been feeling 100% and suffering terribly with panic attacks amongst other things, anyways Drs have finally (afrer 12 weeks of me telling them im not right!) found that i have an overactive thyriod which is causing the attacks, its been awful ended up in a & e one night as got so bad, and its been a hard slog trying to look after 3 little uns at home during the day. But have seen a specialist and he has put me on pills and am awaiting a scan date, he thinks it probably Graves Disease that i have but until we have a scan hes not 100%.
Its odd tho as i really thought i may have had an underactive thyriod as i wasnt losing weight with SW but nope its overactive, so theres me thinking i should be stick thin but apparently not, some people put on weight!!!! Great eh!!! lol :rotfl:

Anyways, as you can see from my sig, i am still losing apart from one week i stayed the same, when i cheated mega, have stuck to it 75% this week and have my weigh in on Weds but it has been hard trying to keep at it where i have been feeling so pants. Am starting to feel a little better on these pills tho so gonna try and stick with it. Oh and done my measurements last night and the biggest loss was from my waist, i have lost 3 1/2 inches!!!!!!

So how is everyone else getting on??

    Nina xx
