Just thought I would hopefully provide some motivation. I started Celebrity Slim in February 09 - Within 6 months I lost 3 stone 8 lbs. My advice is stick to it very strictly and you also need to exercise. I joined the gym. I have kept the weight off, however I have recently put on 7lbs after giving up smoking 8 weeks ago. So I am doing Celebrity Slim for 1 month to get some discipline back into my eating habits. Good luck to everyone.:D0

Wow catcongra that's amazing, well done!
Good news, have just weighed myself (official weigh in day tomorrow) and have lost 1lb, I am quite happy with that as it's time of the month aswell and feeling the usual bloatedness!0 -
Whooo Hooo well dont ToothFairy4 :T
Hope this is a sign of things to come!!! Fingers crossed for this week!
Catcongra-- thanks so much for the info, makes me more determined now. My goal is 3st, so far only 1/2 a stone dent made, but getting better each day
nancy17-- They also do soups, am having one for breakie as it's cold and I'm feeling sniffly. Totally yummie! Vegetable, Mulligatwany, Chicken, Beef and Tomato (haven't tried that one yet) They are £1.99 from superdrug or £2.00 from Rowlands Pharmacy. Just pop in and get one to try, no questions asked.
Actually this reminds me, I don't like Banana, wont even taste the shake to see if this will be different. I have about 4 of them if anyone wants to swap? Oh yeah and Forest Fruits, dont think I'll even go there, 3 of them!

OK first day of a new week for me today... I may weigh myself again in the morning as last weigh was Monday...;) Am not expecting another biggie (6lb for me most I've lost in one go ever) but 2-3lb would be nice. I excersize every day as I have horses, so physical work at least an hour and a half (Trudij will vouch for that!!)
I did have an ice cream last night that DansDad bought home and I succumbed  Back on track again today. I feel more energised now, I dont feel tired mid afternoon and I'm not having massive sugar highs and lows. Just had Cafe Latte shake for lunch yum.
Sorry PKL have nothing to swop, sorry, although I love the banana shakes....:oMFW 2011 No. 161 £946.54/£2000 TargetApril 9/15March 14/15

Hi,
just been doing some research on Celebrity Slim. I had never considered doing it before but a male friend of mine has been doing it for a few weeks and lost over a stone. H is off to France for a week and wanted to go on Atkins when he comes back but I have convinced him to give this a shot and thought I would try it for a few weeks too. I had previously lost nealry 7 stone on WW but put just over 2 back on and can't seem to get it to budge!!! Anyway, going to pop into Rowlands next week and have a look at all thats on offer but I just wondered if anyone could tell me what the allowable snacks and dinner meals should be? i know it will be in the programme guide but Im too impatient!!
Thanks!!!:heart2: Cookiepops :heart2:0 -
Hi all,
Am a newbie that has been searching the best ways to lose weight but have never really had the motivation to do it-till now!
I know that I have never met nor spoken to any of you but I would still like to thank you all because it's because of you that I have decided to take the plunge and get the Celebrity Slim starter pack. I have been reading the posts of your exploits with this diet plan and it has seriously motivated me to do it as well. And I hope that with all of you on the same journey I will be able to look on you all for support when I sometimes falter from the path lol.
Any tips and tricks for this newbie to get properly started on the plan would be much appreciated.0 -
Oh and I forgot to mention my stats (if that helps)
5'2 and weigh 160lbs hoping to lose at least 28lbs and get down to somewhere in the vicinity of 9 stone.
A long and arduous journey begins!0 -
Hi all
Am considering tring CS but wondered one thing really.
Is the weight loss sustaibable once you stop? I am concerned that the nature of the diet will mean I will put wieght immediately back on when I start to eat properly again.
How have people got on who have done CS then stopped???
Thanks0
