I have tried the new flavours and the choc mint and choc orange are very nice i think. Im doing well so far still. Just having shake then will have a pear later on, then shake then an apple i think or maybe a snack bar.
Doing chicken in a homepride sauce tonight which is low in carbs and fat. Going to have mix veg with it as have become slighty addicted to the steam bag ones lol.

Woohoo, picked up my Celebrity Slim from the Post Office this morning, went to Morrissons to stock up on water, fruit and veg. Weigh in this afternoon when I finish work, then all ready to start tomorrow!0

Got weighed yesterday and was actually more than I thought:eek: Had my first shake this morning, had the chocolate one and really struggled to finish it, seems to have a bit of an after taste, I guess it will get easier once I get used to them. Don't feel hungry though which is good.0

Have picked up my starter pack from Superdrug this morning, alhough will order it online from now on... Will have a good look through everything this afternoon and may start in the morning. I know I have plenty of beans/cauli/broccoli in the freezer, need to get decaff tea and soya milk.... Weighed myself this morning am 11st 2lb and am 5'4. Hi everyone,
Sorry havent been on for a few days things have been pretty manic.
Anyways, week 2 went pretty good apart from the weekend when we had chinese as we had guests over, i did opt for the prawn curry and stir fried veg tho so no rice and noodles, was nice but did miss them! Next day really fancied junk so ended up scoffing a pkt of crisps and a fudge! Then on Monday went out to lunch, had a ceasar salad, didnt eat the croutons and had mozerella sticks which were coated in breadcrumbs :eek: But had my weigh in on Weds morning and lost another 2lb, so not bad going eh! Back on the wagon now for sure as have gone and booked center parcs for next May and i wanna be thin and not embarassed to get in the pool! Plus off to Caister Holiday Pk at the end of Oct and want to look half decent then so gotta do it!
So now i weigh 12 stone 5lbs and I was 13 stone to start with, not bad eh, got another 2 stone 5lbs to lose to get me to 10 stone and that i will be more than happy with, 9 stone 7lbs would be nicer but at 5'7 1/2 i will look proper thin at that weight.
Spaine - Well done hun on losing 2.2lbs, how u getting on this week?
PKL - Thanks for the congrats, i feel great, managed to get into smaller clothes too, so its working!!! Did you have your weigh in in the end? How did you get on?

Yes started this morning, had a vanilla shake about 1030 as had to go to the dentist :mad: have had 3 big glasses of water and a coffee first thing (no sugar) About to have snack which is an apple then I have the beef soup for lunch. Its vegetarian :eek: Although the chicken isnt, so isnt good for me so if anyone wants to swop for a golden vegetable so I can try that if its veggie?
The shake was really nice, am surprised! Am a little tired now and the head is starting to ache a bit, but I expect that...
Pm snack will be 30g cheese and then having omelette and veggies for tea... Will stock up of tofu/quorn/linda mcartney sausages etc next time I shop. Hi everyone 2nd day for me, first day went well. Had a shake for breakfast, apple for snack. Went to work, finished at 3 so had my soup then, dinner I had grilled chicken breast which I made with Cajun spices and loads of salad. Never felt hungry all day, this morning I had shake, then for snack I had a pear, just about to have another shake. It is taking me nearly 15 minutes to drink my shakes though as I'm not to keen on them.0
