Hey all. Im gonna start taking the tablets again and doing everything in my power to shift this weight!!!! Got weighed and lost half a lb hahahahahaha. So i am now enjoying a chocolate shake with a fibre sachet in it as feel really fat so hopefully feeling will go :rotfl:
Im going to have a salad for dinner tonight i think. Hate not loosing anything thou i did loose 1cm off waist :T I think my downfall this week was the drinking on sat night and not drinking enough water in the week. Cmon i can do this!!!!! Less than a month till holiday so bloody better do haha.

weigh-in day for me today and down 2.2lb :j very pleased with that.
Not sure what goal to set myself. I've always been chubby and still see the 'chubby' me in the mirror even though my jeans are getting too big (if you know what I mean).
Currently 138.2lb .. so do I head for 9st or 9.5st ?
Currently just under 25 BMI so want to move away from the borderline of Healthy / Overweight.
Maybe BMI of 23 .. 5"3 would need to get to 9st 4lb or 130lb0 -

I'm still trudging on, but have been really busy and have been taking the lazy route. I'm finally losing again, but need to get serious again.

Just had a sneaky peek at the scales and I'm down 4lbs since Tuesday - woop! I'm weighing myself on the wii fit as it seems to be more accurate than my scales. Quite happy that it says I have crossed the line from obese to overweight lol!0

Just about to get on mine to do some wii fit. Im thinking hula hoop.
Had to buy some massage lotion for stretch marks today as went to sun bed yesterday and now have all these white lines appearing where i've lost weight lol.
Note to self thou never going to a sun bed again as was on it 12 mins and look like a lobster haha. Hopefully will get a good tan out of it thou as only wanted a base for real tan for when go on hols.

You're all very welcome. I haven't started the plan yet as I'm waiting 'til I have a little more money..but I'll be jumping on the band wagon soon with everyone! I've also talked my partner into joining fitness classes.
It's going to be tough as we are both big carb junkies, but I've enjoyed keeping up to date with all your successes over the last week. It's great to know a couple of little slips isn't putting anyone off, that's usually my undoing! :A :T0 -

Im being really good from now on. Had a turkey and prawn stir fry last night and thinking fish in sauce in a bag with veg for dinner tonight.

I have just read this thread from beginning to end!! Phew that was a mission! This sounds good to me.... I tried SFast but nearly threw the shakes back up again! 1st May was 12st 1lb and just before I went away 2 weeks ago I'd made it down to 10st 12lb by being good and cutting down in general. I've put some weight back on since then and need a boost for a few weeks to get back on the wagon again.
I tried Low carbing last year, stayed at 20g total for the day for 8 weeks! Went from 12st to 11st 5lb, but I ruined it for myself by having toast one day and never went back onto it.
Just a little advice for those who are suffering from the carb withdrawals. Its just your body craving its sugar fix and it does get better over a day or two, but a good multivit with added Potassium will cure the headaches... I got mine from sainsbergs.. Also avoid caffiene as it affects weight loss as does aspartme sweetener. Splenda is a good alternative, although the granulated has more carbs than the tablets.
As a vegetarian it can be a bit of a mission to find good low carb stuff, green beans, cauliflower and broccoli are good for fibre, I used to have those with a couple of veggie sausages/burgers or eggs with a little cheese sprinkled on the top ....
Anyway am going to order a starter pack today I think and stop procrastinating. Would like to get to 10st and see how I feel after that.... Am with Trudij my horse will appreciate it I think!MFW 2011 No. 161 £946.54/£2000 TargetApril 9/15March 14/15

I had planned on starting tomorrow, but postman tried to deliver while I was out this morning, so will have to wait till Wednesday now when I get a chance to go to the Post Office to pick it up, I am actually looking forward to it now and just can't wait to start! Trying to plan out some dinners so that I know exactly what I'm having and what I need to buy, so there is no temptation to have something high in carbs from the freezer.0

2BoysMum, I would try to start eating more protein until you start, so like cutting the carbs now, then the shakes will taste like a treat
I'm totally going to be a bit more strict. As you all know I've been pretty lax about my diet, so have STILL not lost anymore then the initial 6lbs!! This past week has been horrible for more, so I've not even managed one swim! Getting back to form this week, so am expecting amazing things come next monday. I missed my w/i this am, so I shall do it tomorrow, was away at the weekend, but thought I was good....
Has anyone tried any of the new flavours? I'm tempted to order the taster pack from Rowlands, as well as my usual order from Superdrug.
