Hi, everyone. I'm hanging my head in shame as I lost my way the last couple of weeks. Been very stressed, DS has just been diagnosed with Dyspraxia, I knew I was running low on my CS and needed to order more but couldn't be bothered as we were attending lots of appointments and its been a bit manic. Anyway new sachets ordered and delivered today, so back on it on Monday, only put 1lb back on, so still on track0

Thanks for the good luck dansmum! It's going really well for me with the celeb slim so hope others are getting on with it too. After a couple of days I tried a few of the snack bars and I love these too because I really feel like I'm having a naughty choccie bar with my morning tea! It's nice to have a little treat to look forward to but I can honestly say that I haven't actually been hungry between the meals. I've lost 3 lbs just by doing it for 7 days and I'm thrilled. Good luck everyone else!0

hello! Someone recommended this thread and seem to be lots of you doing celebrity slim. i've lost a few lbs on this so far. A friend recommended it and i like the taste of the bars and drinks which is a big thing for me as i do enjoy my food!!!! Don't know about you but i love the fact that you can snack on lots of extras so its not too strict for a diet. my desk is now covered in bowls of nuts and the fridge is full of yogurt! Just wondered has anyone got some good and easy ideas for evening meals? I'm a bad cook and finding it tricky to go carb free as i used to just pasta all the time!!!!0

Hiya everyone! I think I'm in the right place but I'll (try and) explain what's on my mind and see if any of you have any ideas?!
My sister bought all of the CS items but then never used them so they are sitting in my kitchen and, in order to get rid of them, I am thinking about using them up. I do want to drop a couple of dress sizes (currently a 10/12 on top and a 12/14 on bottom - want to be a 10 all over!) but was just going to try and do exercise and eat healthily.
Now, these products keep staring at me day in and day out and I was wondering if I could use these up, and would I see any results (i think that there are about 2 weeks worth of products there), and if so would the results disappear as soon as I start eating low fat/healthy foods after they have been used up - I don't think I could use a meal replacement product for anything longer than a couple of weeks, i love the taste of food too much!
Do you lovely ladies (and gents if any out there!) have any hint, ideas or tips for me?
Sorry that its slightly off course
Good luck with your weightloss!x0 -
Roshydoshy - do you have the book that came with the pack? It'll tell you about weaning the carbs back in again once you're at target....
Loss is totally indivdual and depends on many things... I have gone from a 14 to a 12 in 5 weeks, but weight loss was sparodic to say the least, looks like I have one 'big' week, two 'small' weeks and a gain week... Give it a try for the 2 weeks and see how you go, if it works then carry on , if not then nothing ventured...... Good luck xx
Jessica 1984 HelloI eat lots of omelettes with veg, or as I'm veggie, the meat subsitute products.. As a meat eater (I assume) then your protien portion can be anything, watch the fat content though, no more than 25g/100. Eat plenty of allowable veg. I dont boil mine just stick in the microwave for a few minutes... Keep the protein to natural things if you can though as opposed the processed (says she eating the above!!)

Omelettes, good idea, thanks dansmum!! I can actually cook those fairly well and nice and quick with lots of variations so that's great. Used to have them with chips so will be tough to manage without these but i really feel like i'm making progress on CS already so i'm going to be strict and stick with it!!0

Good luck Lushlady and Anita...
LBD Oooo have a little way to go before I get in one of those
Ha ha, thanks. You know I think mine's more of a big black dress, designed to hide all those extra rolls. Still can't get into it at the moment though so counting on CS to help me squeeze back in0 -
CB apple crumble snack bar went down in one bite and i've got a choc orange shake looking at me on my desk now, waiting for lunch. Grilled chicken and roasted root veg for dinner.0
