You can sign up for the CS website and join the forums, loads of people with success stories and people just chatting about how CS has been for there, you can also track your weight etc

Thanks for that becoddy, can confirm that the website is v useful for putting a bit of a rocket in your progress. I'm losing about 2lbs a week right now too and that's good for me, just right don't wanna shed heaps and put it right back on.

I like the celebrity slim diet and the snack bars packaging is nice, looks like a proper treat not a diet bar. i think its easy to follow some diets are so complicated i wouldnt bother to try them.

Thanks Lushlady I bought some with the last order, yes they're nice, but choc caramel my current favorite!

I've had a few naughty dayss..... We had an Indian takeaway the other night so had a veg makani and onoin bhajis (yum) then I made the Christmas cake at the weekend and some cupcakes and so far have had 2 cupcakes.....:(

On the plus side my battery has gone in teh scales so I cant see how much I've put on ...

Thats funny good way to stop weighing yourself! glad you like CS too. i really think the bars are nice and would buy them as a snack even if i werent on the diet.

Oh yes, I like chocolate caramel too! I find I can keep my sweet tooth happy and my big appetite with Celebrity Slim bars and meals. I haven't been doing regular weighing but must start this next week. But I have definitely lost weight on this diet and I am not bored at all with the flavours or the meals. Well done to everyone else who is on here.

Think everyone needs a treat now and again Dansmum, life would be a bit boring otherwise! Hope you enjoyed the pizza. I had a bar of chocolate on Saturday and loved it even more as I haven't been eating loads of choc since I've been on the diet. Back to CS on Sunday and still losing weight so little treats are fine by me!

Weight still coming off for me too at a sensible rate. I've been having more of the CS soups than shakes as the weather gets colder - working my way through the flavours!

Although there was no advertising whatsoever within Rowlands pharmacy, the two boxes of shakes I picked up were reduced by £9 each when scanned at the till.
The pharmacy assistant said it was a one month offer.

Pizza was OK but I could really taste the grease?!!! Which sort of spoiled it for me... Although I have to say that the Choc fudge cake for desert was yum!

Unfortunately for me I took home my remaining 2 slices which I scoffed on Sunday.... Monday I was good..... Yesterday I had a LOAD of biscuits..... Subsequently I have erupted on my chin.... I just hope DansDad doesnt have a go at 'dot-to-dot' again...:o

So I am trying to get back on it again, although as its got colder I've found that I am not drinking the water just loads of tea and coffee, which is naughty.

At least I still dont have a battery for my scales so I dont dpresss myself even more.....:cool:
