What are the apple crumble snack bars like? I've only had chocolate caramel ones so far, but ordered some apple ones today...

hi all i had my daughter on 9th september shes now 7 weeks old and i need to shed some of my pregnancy weight! I did CS before i fell pregnant and was doing well found it easy to do but then i got pregnant so had to stop. Ive got my shakes and bars from before left - going to use them before i buy some more. thank goodness for long best before dates! I started on monday and found it really hard so i went on ebay and found the CS weight management capsules for £11.99 so i bought a box and they really are helping. i dont have as many cravings in between shakes as i used to or on an evening when im watching tv which would normally be time for a bag of crisps and a chocolate bar!

My favourite shakes are the choc mint and banana i love the caramel snack bars not too sure on the apple crumble i find them very grainy and not a nice consitency when you are chewing them but that might be just me!

So here I go again not sure about whether its worth asking in my local rowlands about a weigh in - does anyone do this? what happens do they weight you and send you on your way?

Ive got 2stone to lose......so help me.

Hello ladies, well my celebrity slim arrived yesterday and i spent some time doing a kind of meal plan for the week, working out some combinations of shakes and bars that I would like to have each day. I now feel very organised and I enjoyed my choc mint shake this morning. I also went for a run and feel very good now, ready for some soup for lunch!

Hi all well I'm doing ok not being as strict as I would like with the carbs but taking the capsules as well I'm Italian so a life without pasta and potatoes will send me insane

Just having the mulligatawny soup and I'm enjoying it but do find it a little grainy. Bought a few more shakes from my local rowlands if you buy your CS stuff from there ask for a loyalty cards every time you spend £5 you get a stamp (so for £10 you get two stamps) once your card is full you get £5 off anything in store including CS.

hi everyone, well Im about 2 weeks in with the celebrity slim and Ive lost 6lbs! Ive been sticking to it though and haven't been naughty...yet!! I like the lots of little meals and don't find I need anything more so don't feel like I'm giving up lots to be on a diet. Hopefully more progress next week!

Thanks dansmum - another 2lbs down so it wasn't just beginner's bulge shifting! I'd recommend celeb slim for anyone with a busy life who wants to get rid of weight in a sensible way as the plan is easy to follow and there's plenty of room for negotiation on snacks and evening meals.

Tried a couple of omelettes now and theyre good! Down 5lbs now on celeb slim so all going well! Veg stir fry tonight, yum!

I have been on the CS diet for 6 weeks and I have lost 12lb I had a bad couple of weeks where I was a bit naughty but all in all 12lb gone forever! (Hoepfully)

You can sign up for the CS website and join the forums, loads of people with success stories and people just chatting about how CS has been for there, you can also track your weight etc

Hi dansmum, these are my favourite at the mo. Reckon I've now tried every flavour going. Had a choc mint shake this morning for breakfast and that was nice too. I've got a yogurt berry snack bar sitting on my desk begging me to eat it right now! Gonna wait for cup of tea in about 30 mins.
