  • Hi Allie,
No I haven't tried them, I had the chocolate fudge one (yuck). I'll see if I can pop down to rowlands and try one. My supplies are running low so need to stock up. I just got an email from CS, they are pushing a new variety pack, I'll be down 6 as I dont like Banana, Chocolate Orange or Fruits of the Forrest, would anyone wanna swap these?

    Hi 123zoe23 welcome :)

I'm really happy with the shakes/soups. I have to say this is the best system I've used so far (have done Cambridge, SW & WW). It can be expensive if you stick to it 100% but then you also get fab results. I'm been doing it a bit here and there , so like having only shake in a day in place of 2 and have been swimming loads! Just see what works for you really. ;)

I've just re-ordered shakes/soups/snack bars and spend about £45 :eek:from Superdrug.com I know this sound a lot, but to be honest, I would pay anything to stop having that horrible feeling when you can't face the world cause your clothes are too tight or you fear you will be the biggest in the room at a do.

Oh yeah if you go to the shop, I wanted to try the shakes before buying the starter pack, the cost about £1.99, you get a voucher for 10% off your 1st order online and if you do the survey you can save another 10% in store (on name brand stuff) plus 25% on superdrug stuff.
I've ordered before and was still able to use the 10% off code. :money:
    Good luck

    Hi 123zoe23,

I would definitely say that the diet is worth it. Whats the point in paying less for a weight loss product which doesn't even work! Its a bit like pouring money down the drain isn't it.
If you think about it though, its not really that much, its just that you have to buy a weeks worth of meals all at once. Think it works out that your spend £1.70 per meal maximum. When you compare this to how much you would spend on getting a sandwich for lunch or a breakfast bar for the mornings, there is not that much difference.
If it gets you to your goal and you see the results does it really matter if you spend slightly more of your weekly budget for a couple of weeks.

Someone once told me, "you can't put a price on your feelings". Cheesy I know, but true.

    Good Luck!
  • Hiya, thankyou for all the advice, im defornatly going to give it ago =D ill let you know how it goes

I started CS last saturday ans I've had a quick peak at the scales and it looks like I've lost 10lb! ( and it was TOTM as well so amazed). :j
The only problem that I'm having is that I'm so full that I'm sometimes having to "force" myself to have a meal. Yesterday I couldn't cos I was I felt so full and I've struggled to get half an omlette down.
I'm sticking with shakes, only used the fibre sachets twice so far, have allowed snacks and drink the reccomended 2 litres of water, so not sure why I feel so full.
Bloating has improved, love being able to eat cheese.
Has been difficult to do when in 12 hour days at work but have managed to get my snacks down by nipping to toilets and having my main meal at work. Doing nights this weekend so having to turn it all on its head and see how things go.
    April £5 a day challenge- £15.05/£150
  • Well done Smartcat04 that's a brilliant result! :T
I wonder how everyone else is doing, as they thread seems to be going very slowly, much like my weightloss!

Been stuck at the same number for 2weeks now!
How have you guys been getting going?
