Day three folks and I am struggling - I am not hungry - more feeling deprived - am out walking too - an hour in the morning and an hour in the evening - I have to get this weight off.
I am normally a VERY fussy eater too but have been that ready for tea in the evening that I have tried food that I normally wouldn't touch! Mind you the fridge is looking great - so much healthy stuff in it now.
Had an omlette this evening with grilled bacon chopped up into bits, springonions and mushrooms. Was v surprised. Tasty and filling.
Going to have a raspberry and cranberry muller light for supper so I guess not a bad day really - I do like the shakes - think I will be a strawberry or chocolate only person though.
Hopefully the first week is the hardest and I will settle better.0 -

I'll weigh myself on Sunday, hope it's another good result!! Good luck everyone! I've still finding it easy, the toilet breaks every 20 mins are a nightmare though lol
That is fantastic Kimberly - helps to motivate me. Well done.0 -
Carb Queen - stick with it - dont beat yourself up if you have the odd slip up either - it happens to us all !!!!
It does get easier, honest - I couldnt believe it when I had an illicit mouthful of cake and it just tasted like fluff....

Cheers Trudij - I had a spoonful of my daughters chocolate icecream last night and it wasn't as nice as iI thought it would be - perhaps my taste buds are on the change.
Am definitely feeling more motivated today - bit peckish but due my snack soon.0 -
I haven't had the snacks as they weren't in my starting kit so for now just have what they sent me! I love the shakes, tried the chicken soup which i also loved.
Am doing ok, don't feel any different though (clothes still tight!) will weigh in on day 7!!
I didnt get the snack bars in my starter pack - a chemist in my local town has a great supply of stock so I thought I would try one of the bars on day one - nothing to get excited about so I wouldnt go out of my way to buy them - if you had a wild longing for chocolate i guess you could tackle one but its no mars bar!!!0 -

All of the student teachers at school left today and brought massive cakes and biscuits in but I looked at them and actually did not want them. I couldn't believe it!
:beer:Wow...well done Kimberley. That is an amazing loss. Hope I can do as well as that!
Yummy Mummy, I am sure a Shape Yoghurt wont affect your losses that much. I have been having a weight watchers one as my supper instead of a piece of fruit as they still only have 17g of carbs in them and it is all that is stopping me ramming a whole chocolate cake into my mouth! I know what you mean about feeling low, I felt like that yesterday...probably cos you can't eat any of the foods which traditionally make you feel good!
Good luck over the weekend to all, as I reckon that is where the real challenge starts....:rotfl:
My first weekend is coming up soon and I am dreading it - however you have done fantastic - hopefully I will follow suit.0 -
Well day 7 today, getting weighed later, thought it was best to try and stick to the same time ( scales not at home so have to go to friends!!)

Don't really know what i feel at the min as i don't think i have lost much, clothes feel the same on me (as in i still can't breathe in them lol) i haven't found it too hard to stick to for the week, will be back later for the up-date.
Stick at folkes!:DKat :money:0 -
 Lost 2 Lbs which i know is better than nothing, but wondering what i'm doing wrong, i have stuck to it properly, no cheating i thought i would loose a bit more the first week!!Kat :money:0

Are you drinking enough water?? that makes a huge difference. Most people lose inches rather than weight sometimes - so dont be disheartened !!Do not meddle in the affairs of dragons, for you are crunchy and taste good with ketchup0

I've been weighed again this week and I've lost 5lbs!!! I can't believe it!!! Soooo happy!! 19lbs in 4 weeks off!!! This week i started eating a meal replacement bar instead of a tea time meal so it must be because of that
