I'm on day 12 now I've dropped one dress size and since Monday (5 days) I've lost 3 inches from my waist and 4 inches from my thighs
I'll weigh myself on Sunday, hope it's another good result!! Good luck everyone! I've still finding it easy, the toilet breaks every 20 mins are a nightmare though lol

Had my first weigh in today and because I only had a rough idea of what I weighed before the feeling wasn't quite so sweet! I am guessing I have lost about 6-8 lbs, but I still cannot believe how easy I am finding this.
All of the student teachers at school left today and brought massive cakes and biscuits in but I looked at them and actually did not want them. I couldn't believe it!
:beer:Wow...well done Kimberley. That is an amazing loss. Hope I can do as well as that!
Yummy Mummy, I am sure a Shape Yoghurt wont affect your losses that much. I have been having a weight watchers one as my supper instead of a piece of fruit as they still only have 17g of carbs in them and it is all that is stopping me ramming a whole chocolate cake into my mouth! I know what you mean about feeling low, I felt like that yesterday...probably cos you can't eat any of the foods which traditionally make you feel good!
Good luck over the weekend to all, as I reckon that is where the real challenge starts....:rotfl:0 -

Found my first weekend on CS really tough going. Hasn't bothered me during the week when I have been at work, as I am teaching all day so haven't had the time to think about it. But sitting around thinking about food has been hard.
Saturday had the two shakes, chicken and salad, two apples and a weight watchers yoghurt.
Sunday had the two shakes, an apple, a pear, chorizo and chicken salad with croutons (!) and a weight watchers yoghurt.
Hope those croutons wont affect my weight loss. I don't mind about the yoghurts because there is only 7g of carbohydrates in them.
Decided not to get weighed now till a week on Monday, hoping the surprise is amazing.
Well done Kimberley you seem to be losing weight really quickly. What are you eating for dinners?
Hope everyone else kept on the bandwagon all weekend?0 -
hi,im usually eating chicken for my evening dinner, marinated in something for flavour or grilled with beetroot.I love chicken its something i never get bored of eating.Ive also had a spanish omlette and grilled steak with a bit seasoning and tuna mixed with spring onions and cucumber is nice.Im finding it easy as i dont usually eat breakfast so the morning shake then snack fills me right up but im usually ready for my tea about six o clock. The 2ltrs of water a day is the hardest part but im managing to do it,although i cant even walk up stairs without going for a wee
Im also doing 2 hrs walking a day talking my kids to and from school then i do 20 mins on my wii fit every night.HTH

Hi folkes, well have took the time to read everything on here and am now going for it, have just ordered off superdrug with a discount code n free delivery, so will sit and wait for postie in the next day or 2.
I have looked on C slim site and the stories seem to be convincing, but i gotta say i 'trust' the comments on this site more, it seems to get the thumbs-up from you all, so willing to give it a serious shot!!
Stopped smoking few years back and ignored the slow weight gain at first and just enjoyed my food!! I can't ignore it now as it is starting to affect my life now ( lack of confidence etc...) have got to do something about it before it gets worse, so i will be back to post when the stuff arrives!!Kat :money:0 -
Fell off the bandwagon again! grr! not going to weigh myself for a few more days as my weigh in is due tomorrow and i'll only be put off! went out for lunch today so decided to have shake tonight instead my options were; fish and chips, curry and rice, mince and dumplings, pie and chips, sausage and mash: i took the mince and dumplings with loads of veg and decided i'd leave the dumplings! TOO DAMN TEMPTING!! yes i ate carbs
!!!! instead of giving up though im just going to carry on as normal buy some more fruit and salad tmoro to keep me motivated I CAN DO IT!! well done Kimberley! and Rockabilly you've done fab i wouldnt worry we all slip up - i'm prime example! lol xxx
