  • Day 1 again!

Started on Wed went through to Friday without a hitch then went away with friends for the weekend and just totally forgot about the diet

Oh well those 3 days were a trial now its for real, been shopping today for lots of fresh veg & chicken etc so i have everything i need to stay on track :A

I am so looking forward to the results so i will not break again, will read all of your posts everyday to keep me motivated its a great help.

Well done on all of your superb losses keep us posted
  • I started this diet last Monday, and yes failed miserably over the weekend, who can resist a burger and bun from the BBQ.
Still I have lost 4lbs, which is good.
Good luck everyone else trying it.
  • Day 4!

Going really well this week so far think i've lost about 6lb since Monday so very happy, just hope I can stick to it this weekend lol, I will no BBQ's for me! Think planning ahead has helped this week,

Hope everyone else is doing well some of your results have been amazing!

Part of the Furniture Combo Breaker
IIRC, its not the BBQ that is too much of a problem - as long as you are careful about avoiding the carby bits - the bread, potato salad and things like that - you can pig out on steaks, fish and the like (within reason!!!)

    well done !!!
Do not meddle in the affairs of dragons, for you are crunchy and taste good with ketchup

Well - I am new to this too.
Facts - I love bread, cereals, potatoes and pasta and eat hardly anything else. Apart from crisps, nuts and pretzels that is.
I am 15 stone 10 and 5 foot 10 and have zero willpower. I cheat like mad so I am going to go full steam ahead at this on Monday morning and will keep you updated.
I have never found such a motivational forum!
    Hope it works for me.
I need to lose 3 stone in the interest of my health and 5 stone to make me a v happy chick................. and so it begins!

Gotta say on day 3 now and it doesn't seem like a diet, not felt hungry once, and have just had the biggest test on my willpower, OH & DS have just had bacon & egg n mushroom buns, i had a caramel shake!!! (can still smell the bacon now!) Managed to get weighed (can't say, too much) was a shock though, my loss needs to be around 3 stone (or more if i can).

Good Luck Carb Queen, it's nice to have someone starting around the same time, hope we do well like the other posts and end up motivating other people!

Stats wrong for a start -am not 15 stone 10 - am 16 stone!!! (Starting weight)

    Thanks for welcome all.
Not a lover of the soups - like the choc and strawberry shakes - choc bar wasn't so bad - had half as my snack.
    Looking forward to tea though.

I haven't had the snacks as they weren't in my starting kit so for now just have what they sent me! I love the shakes, tried the chicken soup which i also loved.

Am doing ok, don't feel any different though (clothes still tight!) will weigh in on day 7!!
