For anybody just starting out....this diet does work if you are prepared to put the effort in and stick to it.
I am just coming to the end of mine. I Started in February weighing 11st 4lb and a size 14 -16 which is a lot for my height of 5ft 3". I currently weigh 9st and am a size 8-10 with a healthy BMI of 22.3.
I lost on average 1-2 lb every week.
I did have the odd slip up now and then and if I was going out then I would eat relatively normally but on the whole I stuck to the diet.
I feel great and have completely changed my attitude towards food and what I eat.:j

Good luck! I'm finding it really easy at the moment, can only eat the shakes hot though,I tried one cold and I was nearly sick lol
  • I,ve just started today, I'm really exited and this thread has helped motivate me so much, Good luck to everyone, will keep you posted how I get on.
  • I am on Day 3 now! and havnt found it too hard at all, last night i had to have an early night had an awful headache and i rarely suffer from headaches so i put it down to the sudden change in diet! - i think because i knew i was starting a diet this week i pigged out even more over the weekend so my body must be thinking 'what the ..?'

I loved the Mulligatawny soup shame there was only 1! i'm a bit scared to try the other soups as i havnt heard any good reviews! banana and choc shakes r sooo yummy! but not to keen on cafe latte and choc orange!

The only thing i tend to struggle with is when i', giving my daughter her breakfast dinner and tea - dont get me wrong she eats healthy but that bread just looks sooooo yummy!!:(

    :) Hows everyone else doing??

    Day 2!

Going well so far, I was pleasantly suprised with the chicken soup today for lunch not tried any other soups yet, shakes I have tried choc & strawberry & both were quite nice, think i'll try banana tomorrow lol.

Not been hungry yet so fingers crossed that keeps up but hubby's sausage mash n beans looked gorgiss!!

Keep up the good work everyone & keep us posted.
  • Hi,

Been on CS for four days now and hasn't been too bad...really look forward to my dinner by about 5:30 though! Not sure how much I have lost, as when I went to Superdrug to buy it there was nobody there to weigh me. Scales are usually banned from my house and my idea was just to get weighed once a week when I went to get the packs so that I wasn't getting obsessed with it and weighing myself everyday.

Not sure whether I can notice any difference, but must admit I feel less bloated and sluggish, my skin seems clearer from the water as well.

Need to lose about 4 stone to get a healthy BMI.

Good luck to the rest of you and will look forward to hearing how you are all getting on!
  • Hey Rockabilly,

Good luck! im gonna try sooo hard not to weigh myself until the end of the week but im very impatient lol! had my shakes snacks and dinner today, but had a very emotional day - i dont know if thats down to the diet?? has anybody else experienced it?
But iv just had a sneak shape yoghurt which is zero sugar zero fat, had a weight watchers meal for tea so cheated a little bit - but when i went to cook my fish i didnt have any foil! lol and by this point i was starving!
