    Hi xanthereanne,

I decided my goal should be to get to a BMI of 24-25 so for my height of 5ft 3, that was 140-145lb ..

    Your height of 5ft 4 would be 145-150lb (10st 10 - 10st 5 ish)

Not sure what clothes size that would be.

I'm currently 147lb and a size 14 (been a size 16 for as long as I can remember) :jso pleased with my progress so far

    good luck with your journey

Hi everyone, first time I have joined a forum but I have been inspired by all your posts. I had my first CS shake this morning (vanilla) weighed in at 12st 8lbs and hoping to lose a stone for my hols in 6 weeks.(usually leave till last minute an end up on cabbage soup diet- this sounds much better) Does anyone know if fruit teas are ok?

    Hi Cake off,

Don't feel disheartened .. 2lb loss is a healthy loss. My average weekly loss is just under 2lb per week. I'm very happy with that.

I found that making sure I had at least 2L of water helped.

    Hi Jo.Jo,

I'm finding it easy on this plan .. I'm planning my meals better and it helps that DH is supporting me.. He's cut out his carbs and has lost some of his tummy (needs to loose some more :rotfl:)

Awh, Cake off, its awful when you dont lose what you expected too. I,d give it another week, 2lbs is still good - weigh yourself in kilo's it always looks better.

Spaine your my role model for the next 6 weeks i'll be pleased with the same weight loss of 10lbs (sorry 10.2lbs). Let me know how next weigh-in goes
