Welldone Cat :j 12lb is fantastic.

I'm rolling into week 4 .. Kind of got into a routine now and finding I'm not getting hungry. Always thinking ahead to next meal or snack :-) helps if I've planned ahead.
  • Hello to all. Would just like to say how much your forum has given a boost to carry one with the cs diet. I am on week two of the diet and lost 10lbs in the first week. The second week weight in is on Friday so hope all goes well. I work 12 hr shifts so was wondering if there are any ready meals out there that i can take into work with me. As I don't have time to cook anything in work. I have doubled up the size of the meals I have made and freeze half but wondered if there was any premade ones out there. Ant

    Hi,

I'm not sure how it is delivered. When I but mine, it is the boxed mixed shakes for a week. I would assume it's the same just wrapped up.

    Thanks

    Hi Baker1234

When I ordered online at Rowlands, my package took about 3 working days and arrived in a brown box. No Advertising on the side.

Inside the box, the Celebrity Slim logo etc is on all the boxes inside the brown box.

    Hope that helps
    :)

    Hi Everyone,

Ok! I am starting again tomorrow. New me, committed and dedicated! Fingers crossed anyway. I am eating my last malteaser rabbit as I type!

I have my shakes, my fitness magazines and my exercise dvd, I am ready!

Hopefully it will be as easy and effective as it was in the beginning before I went off track.

Hopefully posting here will make me more accountable for my food choices.

:jend of week 6 and another 2lb down .. so thats 10.2lb todate :T

This week, I've upped my water to the full 2L as I was lacking in that area and its helped to increase my weekly loss.

Only 7lb to go until I reach my goal :j
  • Hi everyone! I have been reading this thread for a couple of days and it has inspired me to go back on CS. I did it for a week last August and ended up coming off it just for my birthday and never got back on it again! Silly me :)
My boyfriend called me last night and said he went back on it yesterday, so it is pushing me to do it again. I lost 6 pounds in that week but it gave my stomach ache and a bad headache but I suppose it's worth it to lose weight. I'm now bigger than I was before now :(
I need to lose a lot of weight cos I'm 15 stone and a size 18 at the moment and I would like to be a size 12, so not sure what I'd have to lose to get to that goal. I'm 5ft 4 too, if anyone can shed any light on approx what my goal weight should be?
Still have some shakes left from last time so I think I'll start again this weekend. I've got lots of easter chocolate left though!!!!
Hope theres room for a not so small one haha :)
