  • Hi Sofia
Welcome to CS....sorry you feel so down - I understand that feeling uncomfortable with your weight can really affect your self confidence. If your boyfriend is worth it, he will help you get through this and support you while you use CS.
It does work if you stick to the plan and your confidence will soar when you step on the scales after week one - be optimistic from the start and you will get plenty of support here. Try the Celebrity Slim website too...it's great for those moments when you feel like quitting.
Good luck - chin up, head down and it will work!
  • Thanks sunflower :) ...had the caramel shake this morning....didn't really like it, i hope the other shakes are nicer :S, how are you doing on CS? how much have you lost? great that you fit into your jeans that shrunk :) must be the best feeling ever x x
  • Hi Sofia
I haven't tried the caramel ones... I normally have the chocolate shakes, which I look forward to now and the mint choc are also nice. I bought the CS soup at the weekend and while I like it, I'm not sure that I feel as full as I do after having a shake.
I have been on CS for 3 and a half weeks and I have lost close to a stone. My original goal was to lose a stone, but I might go a bit further now, as my ideal weight is about four or five pounds away. The first week, it flew off and then slowed a bit after that, but any loss is a loss and it sure does add up.
Best of luck - hope today was bearable! You will probably get the headachy feeling in a few days, but it will disappear quite quickly.

    All the best
    x
  • oh really, will try a chocolate one tomorrow, hopefully it will be better than the caramel one, it was to sweet and sickly, youve done really well a stone in a month, you should be really proud, i have a lot more to loose than you, i hope i can keep motivated lol!!

Thanks alot for your advice :) x x

Hello Everyone, Not been on for a while but had my weigh in today and another two pound loss, not feeling to good about that one because I did not go last week due to totm:(

Still must'nt complain it is still comming off in inches am now a 37 waist:j and when I went for my weighin the assistant noticed my weight loss which made me feel a bit better ( she has weighed me since week one)

Glad to see everyone else is still doing so well:T Welcome Sofia, I love the vanilla and banana shakes, the chocolate ones I have with hot water, makes feel as if I am being naughty having that chocolate fix:D

Hi Sofia, I have lost 8lb which sounds better when you say half a stone...:rotfl:
Mine seems to be comming off in inches rather than huge weekly losses, I started with a 42.5in waist and now am a 37in waist its comming off in other places too!!
I get weighed at my local rowland shop where I buy my shakes, so I kill two birds with one stone so to speak:D
I have found the diet easy enough, dont forget to drink your water, that is important, the weight loss also varies to each individual person, I may not be having big losses each week but it is comming off and I'm happy with that:D

    Hi Guys,

I'm struggling at the moment :-(

Have come down with a terrible cold, so really don't fancy shakes at the moment and I am terribly constipated, which i think is the reason of my 3lb weight gain.

Does anyone else suffer with constipation on this diet? Any idea's on curing it?

    Take care
    V

Hi V, Sorry to hear that you are unwell, Hope you get better soon.

There is nothing worse than feeling ill and constipation at the same time:(

Yes I do or have had suffered with it you can get some stuff at Rowlands that can help you with this it is in the same place as the shakes:) I have not tried it personally I used some senna to help move things so to speak and that helped me available in most places. hth
Dont be put off I was really ready to throw the towel in during my first two weeks and am now glad I didnt, just keep drinking the water and make sure you are getting enough fruit and veg as your snack intake and meal.

    Good Luck

  • sorry to hear your struggling vicky :( when your not well all you want to eat is comfort food, i'm sure you'll battle on, just eat lots of fruit, you will soon feel better.

As for me i'm on day 3! ... ive stuck to the chocolate ones which i really like hot or cold, i'm scared to try any of the other after the unfortunate caramel shake incident lol.

I got a bit of a headache last night before i went to bed but just took some painkillers and went to sleep, feel ok today :) finding it quite easy and feel i can stick to this diet...... although.... i have commited a sin, i didnt weigh myself before i started ( too scared, i would probably cry) so i wont know whether ive lost weight or not?? i might weigh myself tonight as im goin the gym so i can weigh myself there.

Hope everyone else is getting on ok :) good luck x x x
