Good luck with that!
I tend to eat apples or tangerines/clementines for snacks but I occasionally have nuts (salt and vinegard peanuts yummy!) or humous and carrot sticks or cheese. I often have atkins bars in and the cappucino nut one is delicious!
I am a bit boring when it comes to snacks and just tend to stick to the same thing."That's no reason to cry. One cries because one is sad. For example, I cry because others are stupid, and that makes me sad."0 -
slice of ham wrapped in a lettuce leaf was on of my fav's
Do not meddle in the affairs of dragons, for you are crunchy and taste good with ketchup0 -
I usually have nuts or fruit too as a snack and occasionally have cheese or a snack bar (CS or Atkins).
Day 1 started
Had a caramel shake 2 hours ago and I'm going to have a clementine in about an hour, a berry bar at 11ish and a snack bar at about 2. My dinner will be at 5.30ish which will prob be prawn stirfry and then some nuts before bed

:jWeek 1 Day 4 and I'm finding this diet surprisingly easy.
Had a dull headache for a couple of days .. But that was probably due to the amount of tea I normally had.
Sneaky peek at the scales and already 3lb down mid-week :jWell thats motivation for me to carry on.
Goal is to go from 11st 5 to 10st and then see how I feel.
Roll on snack time :A0 -
first weigh in for me and aa 5lb loss!!
Thats even though I went out on saturday had 3 sweet fruit beers, a g+t and a curry (no carbs though)
This diet is seriously easy although not very mse as the costs are killing me - at the moment though i'm feeling like I can go the whole distance and will then switch to low carbing with maybe 1 shake a dayHad a thrifty wedding 17-06-10

How long does it normally take to arrive when you order online from Rowlands? I ordered on Friday evening, just wondered if it would be here any time soon - I am keen to get started!

Weigh in tomorrow - third one and I am not feeling confident! Had some wine at the weekend, I'd say I might have a pound off, but no more. Will let you know....0

Thanks.
It can take up to 3 working days to arrive. I once ordered on a Sunday and I didn't get it until the Thursday, which I was so annoyed about yet another girl at work who ordered got it the next day so it just depends I suppose, it is frustrating waiting for it though! Hopefully you will get it tomorrow!
Wow everyone looks like they are doing really well :j
Weigh day for me tomorrow and I am pretty confident that i will have lost the excess weight I gained over the last few weeks. I have been exercising like a mad woman and loving it! Will let you know how it goes.
Take care x"That's no reason to cry. One cries because one is sad. For example, I cry because others are stupid, and that makes me sad."0
