  • Had a bit of a carb craving yesterday but kept drinking my water an soon got over it. It's so easy for me at the mo. Think my worst time of day is tea tho I'm finding that trying to decide wot to have is getting boring. Anyone got any meal ideas as I'm running out.

Wanna say a huge thanx to every single on of you on here all of your posts are wot got me started and continue to keep me going. I owe my weight loss to all of ur inspiration and advice!! :-) xxxx

Hello I have been on this diet for six weeks now and have lost 2stone 2lb, best diet i ve ever tryed not struggled once love it. iI started at 23stone 12 and i am now at 21 10 still a long way to go .I love the shakes cant reccomend it highly enough and I am a whinging man:j!

Pippy that is excellent! It IS a really easy diet to stick to. I don't know if you read any of my previous posts, but I lost just over 3 stone from the middle of September to 24th December. I put on a couple of pounds over Xmas and found it a bit hard to get back to it 100%, but I am totally commited again and feeling great. This is the first time I have been able to get back to a diet so easily once coming off it.

    Keep up the fab work!

p.s I have a long way to go too :o

EDIT to ask Trudi how are you getting on?

hello everyone, i've been lurking this thread for a while now and it sounds like you're all doing great! i've been doing the diet for a little over two weeks now and have lost 11lb so far, i don't miss carbs at all and the only troubles i'm having is not eating/drinking enough. i'm currently at 10 stone 6lb but my ideal goal would be around 8 stone 9lb, i'm about 5'4". hope you've all having a wonderful week.

    Hi louiseee - welcome !

Teeny - Im struggling. Ive started having the shakes for breakfast, and attempting to low carb the rest of the time (cant afford to do the diet properly at the moment!) but I just dont seem to be able to get in the right mindset. (even the thought of seeing my ex on the 16th isnt making any difference, and youd think 10 days of cs would be 1) not too bad to think about doing and 2) the biggest inscentive in the world - but no. :(

I was at the BBC filming a segment for a new show for Sky the other day though - Im sure when that goes to air I shall magically retain my enthusiasm !!!

still need that mahoosive kick up the bum

hey guys, I've been off the diet for weeks due to being so skint I couldnt afford the shakes LOL But I've not been eating that much crap and haven't gained any weight (I actually lost 1lb LOL!).

Anyway, it's back to CS tomorrow  I'm really going to stick religiously to the diet. I had a problem of not drinking enough water and neglecting my snacks which probably didn't help me.. they must be part of the diet for a reason, right?

Went shopping yesterday and bought my 1Lt water bottle that I'll fill twice a day (or more) and got some nuts, and a melon and some clementines for snacks. For food meals I'll be eating mainly tuna salads, prawn stirfrys and chicken with veg :)

I have a party in just under 4 weeks and would like to lose another 5-10lbs but I'll set my target at a reasonable half a stone. Want to get some new skinny jeans and a lovely new top and I refuse to buy new clothes at this weight/size :(

Good luck for this week everyone, you're all doing great :D

LADYSHELLDA , YES I HAD A LOVELY BRITHDAY thanks. I didnt go mad just ate what I wanted. toast for breakfast, Panni for lunch and out for steak and green salad. and yes brithday cake .. I brought just a small one it wasnt must bigger than my hand really and my son who is like a bean pole ate most of that!!!

I am reading from some of your post how you saying the scales arent moving....makes you want to give up I know...
I found some thing very interesting on the Pig to twig forum the thread is why the scales lie...
its all to do with what goes on inside the body...and how it can hang onto fat/water to survive and can take a couple of weeks to let that go..well worth a read..will stop you jumping on the scales every 2 mins..and feeling disapointed what you have gained despite being good or stayed the same.

Hey PIPPY ..welcome and wow that is amazing I Bet you feel wondereful.

I have been looking at other meal replacements such as S F and Tesco's and Asda's they all seem similar to C S..
I dont know what any one else thinks..Only looking at others cos' my C S pharmcey is miles away from me..

off to rugby soon ..(I maybe built like a rugby player!!!) my son playing....

Hey blah I was thinking about you the other day. That's great at not putting any weight on!!!

I have been doing really well this week but went to mums last night for dinner and demolished a bottle of wine (by myself!) oops. Will have to get some serious exercise in to try and help compensate for it lol!

    Have a great week everyone!|

I'm going to stick to it this time Teenie D so expect lots of posts from me haha!

Oh btw in regards to diet drinks and tea/coffee, I think its 3 caffeinated drinks per day but limited to 1 a day in the first week.
  • blah11 that's great that your so determined to get back into it.

i ate chinese food last night, oops. mainly veggies and black bean sauce but a little of the noodles and rice as well. oh well, it was lovely, i won't dwell and i'll get back on track today. small amounts of carbs occasionally don't seem to hinder my progress but we shall see!

hope everyone else is doing wonderfully.
