    Im in the middle of my second week and finding it the easiest diet ive ever done!

    Hows everyone getting on this week? ive done ok, forgotten to have my snacks a couple of times so hope that doesnt have a big impact

    What sort of things are you all having as your main meal inthe evening? just after ideas so i dont get bored!
  • Hi all, i'm on day 7 ov CS today and still feeling great! had a headache for the first three days which was almost enough to give up but im so glad i didn't. I can definately tell that ive lost this week as my jeans need pullin up constantly :) always a good sign.

    Only problem im having really is forgetting to have my snacks when im not at work (weekend etc). do u guys think this will stop my weight loss? god i hope not !

    Big thanks to everyone on here dont think i would have got past day3 if it wasn't for all of your cyber support.
  • I've made up some salads for work and have lots of fruit. Can I have coffee or diet coke? I usually have 1 of each/day. I can't find anything about drinks?

    Decaff coffee (but not many!) is fine iirc, same with diet coke I'm fairly sure.... water is best though (but its flipping boring!!!!!)

    Hi Guys,

    I have also started today, have got my first strawberry shake with me this morning, it's actually nice, was really dreading it tasting like the lighter life shakes. I hated those!

    I have sliced red pepper and a table spoon of cream cheese for my mid morning snack and some ham for my afternoon snack, hope that's ok?

    Plus a mint choc shake for lunch.

    I bought the CS recipe book, has anyone else got it? I am having the salmon for dinner.

    I have a huge 35lbs to lose, nearly fell off the scales when I saw the final figure at the weekend.

    :eek:day 21 ....weigh in to day ..have lost 12 lbs which is great but lost most of thet the first week!!!
    Have been good honest ..had 2 glasses of red wine last night as I had a friend staying....

    Towards the end of the 2nd week i had murderus cravings for carbs......
    I did nick about 8 chips from my hubby...on the friday and a small piece of 75% choco choc....
    Tomorrow my birthday:bdaycake: so I think I will eat just what I fancy for one day..
    I know you will be tut tutting ......but hey ..I'm am going to be 49!!!!!!!!!!!!!:eek:

    Hi Everyone, New and old...lol It was my weigh in today and I have lost another 2lb's going slowly for me but a loss is a loss so I'm told and as its nearing totm I wasnt expecting to loose that:D

    Drinks you are allowed are tea and coffee but only three of either and with a sweetner, you can have diet coke but limit this to two a week I think not to sure if you can hve this per day. But the most important is water, I add a slice of lemon to min and it helps get it down:D

    Hope everyone is doing ok, had one of the replacemnt meal bars today as I was out and must admit the berry fudge is nice and it was more filling than the soups!!
    Found that yesterday when I was cooking the sunday dinner though I would have given anything for a couple of spuds:rotfl:I did not break though!!!

    Happy Birthday For Tomorrow Crafty Gal its my DD's Birthday as well_party_ Go on enjoy yourself and have a slice of cake for me:rotfl:
