Exactly. Your workmates might suprise you as well - I was expecting all sorts of comments from the girls at work when I was taking my shakes in for breakfast - but I had to fight them for my shakes if I didnt have time to have them before work - theyd be pinching mouthfuls all flipping morning !!! When they saw that it really does work, and how much difference the whole package made to me (along with the man thing that turned out to be wrong) they were really supportive. :D

  • Day 1, I nearly fell off the scales this morning, if nothing else the shock will make me stick to this :). I had the vanilla shake this morning and an apple for my break, so far so good. I'm getting it hard to drink the water, I'm just not thirsty.

I was like that and I found adding a slice of lemon to your cup especially first thing encourages you to drink more (not sure why) Now I drink well over the 2ltrs:D

Was going to get back on it properly today but between one thing and another it hasn't happened so tomorrow is a fresh start again!

I will update my sig again in a couple of weeks time as I did put on some weight last week but haven't done a proper weigh in so I felt it was cheating a bit.

Looking forward to getting back to it, and no parties etc to interrupt it now until May (and by then I will have lost loads again !!! LOL - do you like my PMA??!!).

    Have a great week everyone!

Well done Angeleyes- i wasnt thirsty to start with but ive found the past 2 days ive been quite thirsty and had no problem guzzling 2litres+

day 6 today and kept to it - was ready for my shake by end of work!! but noone even questioned my small salad i had for lunch so will keep going with that!

popped into pharmacy to pick up next supply of shakes and got weighed and measured - i wasnt offered this when i went for my starter pack the ladies were lovely. according to their scales ive lost 3lb but will re-weigh myself weds morning on my own scales after my 7days!
