End of day 3 and I must admit I am feeling a bit better today, headaches seem to have gone, still got the sore throat though:o

Crafty gal: According to several websites 6.25 is the end bracket for medium build, I am just outside at 6.50.....Just me luck:rotfl:

Tammyuk: The headaches do go as everyone told me, it took the two days for me. I am hoping that this will be worth it in the end:D

  • Hi there
Having made a fairly quick and rash decision to try CS on Wed (third day today) I have been getting great support from the forum posts. I have 15lbs to lose and I know I should't, but I weighed myself this morning and there was 5lbs gone, so I am really thrilled so far.
I find the diet really easy, but I work with a lot of men who are very curious as to why I am not having my usual food in the office, but drinking weird drinks from a shaker. I was mortified earlier when one of them picked the empty sachet from the bin to see what it was, after I had been vague in my explanation.
I decided that the weight loss is worth it.
Anyone else really thirsty on the diet? Drinking two litres plus has been no problem for me because I really feel that I need it!
  • Hi Sunflower75, That would be my biggest nightmare come through. I've decided to have my meal during the day so I don't have any explaining to do and I'll have my second shake in the evening. hopefully it won't make much difference having it that way.
  • Hi Angeleyes
I think he was more embarrassed than I was....it was excruciating! I work really early in the morning, so I have breakfast in work, which is the problem. I suppose I could have an allowable snack instead.
How is the diet working for you?

    Hi Ther sunflower75 and welcome:D

Yes I do get a bit thirsty but just down more water ( I used to drink an awful lot of tea and coffee before this) and it helps.

Well end of day 4 for me, missed my morning snack today  because I had to have a tooth removed, just kept drinking untill my shake so hopefully no adverse effects!!!

Have any of you been measuring yourselves from the begining?? I am quite supprised to find I have lost 1.5 inches off my waist ...hehe makes you feel good to see it working now to hope the weigh in is as good:rotfl:

    Day 5 here I come:j

Hi all, I am on day 5 and always thirsty so not struggling at all with the water consumption.
I'm off tomorrow to get next weeks supply and have decided to stick with vanilla, bannana and chocolate flavours only. I tried the beef soup from the starter pack yesterday which was quite nice but have decided to stick with the shakes.
I work in an office on my own so should get away with colleagues not noticing that I am on this when back at work on Monday. I don't really want to tell them as it will be dismissed as a fad diet. I might switch to my meal at lunch though if I find that I am starving in the afternoon at work.
I haven't measured myself but wish I had now as I can definitely tell that my tummy is flatter.
Will report back after the weigh in tomorrow.
  • Day 4 here i come
im surprised at how easy im finding it!! hope im not disappointed and see results at weigh in day
Tece like you i dont want people at work knowing as it will get dismissed as another fad diet - i was thinking of taking combinable snack -of a small salad with boiled egg for my lunch then having my shake when i finish work at 3.15. i work in a school so tend to either sit in our class or in the staff room for lunch.
dont really fancy sitting there with a shake whilst everyone else is munching!

anyway hope everyone is doing well xx
  • Hi, I started CS last Saturday and have lost half a stone in my first week. I'm finding it easier than any other diet I have tried, and I have tried a lot!! I have lost two stone over two years just by eating healthier, but had stuck at the same weight for a few months. I want to lose at least another two stone to get to my goal weight, an am hoping that I can do this within a couple of months. Fingers crossed!!
