After reading the successes here I am seriously considering this diet - but I also have a caffeine issue. Do you think I could take a ProPlus if i get headachey - or is it a case of NO/very littlecaffeine?

BTW well done ladies - you are all an inspiration!

  • I think a little bit of caffine would be fine. I don't have that problem as I dnt drink a great deal of tea or coffee anyway but I'm sure that one or two a day wouldn't b so bad. If I can do this u definately can. Good luck crystaltipps xx
  • I have been having 3 coffees/teas a day - I'm sure I read that it was allowed. 3 per day max....
  • Thank you ladies.

I have two inspirations hanging in bags on my wardrobe door - dresses i LOVE, in size 14. They would have been hanging off me two years ago, before i started studying, and doing less work/exercise. They are about 2 inches away from zipping up comfortably and i have a Ball to go to in 15 days...perhaps left it too late, but never mind - no pain no gain!

There is a stockists near me but i don't think i will make it tomorrow - very busy day! Friday though (and as a start - i will be very good tomorrow - fruit/water/weightwatchers meal that has languished in the freezer for a while now!

    Wish me luck, ladies!

    Hi guys!

Right 100% back on track now, I have my CS head on again (thank goodness, it has taken a few shaky starts) i am totally committed again and feel good. Will do a proper weigh in next Wednesday, I use Boots scales just because I have always used them and I know my ones at home are not accurate, also it gives me a print out so I can keep track.

Good to see lots of newbies, sounds like you are doing really well, keep it up this diet works when you stick to it properly!;)

Would love to lose another 2 1/2 stones by May and I am pretty convinced I can do it as long as the weight comes off like it did before Xmas! I am doing some serious exercising again so that will surely help things along.

Have a good week everyone and I will report next Wednesday as to how things are doing, wether it is good or bad!

    Hello Ladies,

Getting to the end of day 4 now, and must say finding it strangley easy! Normally I would have given up and stuffed my face, but not this time.

Last night I wanted chocolate more than anything, but on my way up to have a shower i thought I would look at the scales again, and to my delight I had lost 1.5lbs. The thought of Chocolate went right out of my head.

    On with Day 5..............

    Good luck.

Hi Crystaltipps, I was a caffine addict too, nine+ cups coffee/tea a day untill I started this diet, For the first few days I stuck to the 3 cups a day and did get headaches, first and second day was the worst but now not any and I dont miss the caffine at all infact all I drink are the shakes and water (sad I know), I have lost 5lb in two weeks and my waist has shrunk from a 42 to 38 so its well worth it!! Good Luck

WOW!! Pippy if thats not a motivation to carry on I dont know what is, Well Done On that:T:T I have to loose at least another 4 stone and it gets a bit daunting when you only loose a couple of pounds a week, as I said earlier I have lost 5lbs so far which does not sound alot but is infact almost 1/2 a stone which sounds so much better:D
Good luck with your target loss:)

Craftygal Did you have a nice birthday, My daughter did I did succumb and have a small piece of cake (to keep my dd happy) drank lots of water with it though:D
