Here we go - a shiny new month and a different way of doing things! Instead of posting a wish list - and then failing to complete everything and then ending up demotivated I am going to post a list of what I have achieved
    • cleaned and tidied my kitchen and living area - I no longer live in a hovel :rotfl:
    • 2 x loads of washing - I have clothes for work everyday now
    • been to the gym :j
    • done a meal plan and food shop
    • put petrol in my car, washed it and checked my tyre pressures
    • had a healthy breakfast and lunch, no snacks in between
    • started Fat Metaboliser tablets - they were on offer in Holland and Barrett, and I will try anything once :rotfl:
Going to jump in the shower now - and then off to watch the footie! :j
Sometimes it's hard to walk in a single woman's shoes - that's why we need really special ones!
