Whoops - really bad week :o

I have put 2lbs back on, done no exercise, had no NSD's and got to work late every day!!

Just haven't got my head in gear at the moment, not sure why? Need to focus on getting organised at work next week, starting a couple of big projects and I really need to keep on top

Gonna spend the weekend planning and trying to get organised. Not really focusing on weight loss at the moment, going to make work the priority for the time being - and try to put some focus on debt busting!

Quick post from me to publicly record my shame :o I am now the heaviest I have ever been and need to lose 30lbs

What's the matter with me  , I have a party in 2 weeks, another in 4 weeks and my hols in 8 weeks and I'm still stuffing my face

Tried clothes on while I was out shopping this morning and looked hideous :o but still don't feel motivated

What am I going to do?

:j :j to paying off Fraser Card. Feels so good to cross one off the list I bet!

I have no good advice about losing weight. Sometimes I am in right frame of mind to follow diet well and can lose regularly and without too much pain but so very often, I am like you, really need to knuckle down but just can't get motivated.

Hmm, have you ever tried Paul McKenna or similar? I wonder if anything like that is worth a go??

    Hmmmmmmm
I've got my own flat :j:j

Now I have to pay the bills

And feed my interiors addiction ;)

Dinner with friends last nite, more eating!

Feel Ok today, but still not very motivated! :o Managed to do a food shop and a meal plan, hope I am more suceesful sticking to it this week! And I need to find some motivation to exercise

Need to go shopping next weekend for an outfit for the family party so need to have a good week to build up to that or it's going to be horrific! :o

I need to get tough with myself now  I don't know how I've got to a situation where I weigh so much, look so washed out and feel so lethargic   I really need to start getting back on track so I am going to set myself some really tough targets for this week - and I WILL achieve them!
    1. Lose 4lbs
    2. Exercise 3 times
    3. Get to work by 8.30 everyday
    4. Drink a litre of water a day
    5. No snacks
    6. 3 NSD's
    7. Take vitamins everyday
    8. Daily skincare routine
Tough but I can do it - and I will! Can't let my life drift by any longer

    Hi Shoe gal

I know how you feel I lost 4 stone in 2005 and have managed to put it all back on again, felt like rubbish so eat some more rubbish (crisps) and went round in circles

Hence the healthy approach this year, one off my main sins (apart from crisps) was portion sizes, I was eating enought pasta for a family of 4.

Everything else I try and swop for the healthy option, chips = baked potato or salad, fizzy drinks = water/sugar free juice
I still have a treat once a week just to keep the sanity levels high

Do you eat breakfast, I found that this has stopped me snacking in the morning

    Hi

Yes, I always eat breakfast - too hungry in the mornings not too! :o Trouble is, I know waht I should do but just seem to be finding it impossible to find any motivation at the moment!

Don't feel very well, so not really beating myself up right now. Not sure if feeling unwell is all part of a vicious circle with feeling fed up and tired, it all seems to be going round and round in my hed at the moment
