Just a quick post, late for work as usual - been reading 'single and in debt' from last night, that's my excuse!!!:rolleyes:
Anyway, apart from being late again, don't feel too bad! Motivation is still there, I think, really must try to fit in some exercise today :eek:

Well done on yesterday - you nearly did it all. Woo hoo :T If it helps I didn't do any exercise yesterday either and won't be today as friend coming round for dinner, no doubt the wine will be flowing too so really bad

Don't be too hard on yourself, i'm much the same!
Can I make a suggestion that you don't include the 'get to work early' aim as you've admitted you don't like early mornings so if one day you do manage to it's a bonus.....that way you are not putting too much pressure on yourself at one time. Just a thought
I need to take a leaf out of your book and start listing a daily thing, I just don't seem to find the time.

Well, I did say I would do one full list - but not quite like this!
- get to work by 8.30 - no!

exercise - no!
Now for the good stuff!- I've lost 3lbs :j really chuffed with myself and now motivated to keep going and build on this
- It's payday :j really got to get my head around my budget this month, got a few :j birthdays and nights out this month so need to be really careful with day to day stuff
- I have been voted employee of the month :j really pleased with this after all my efforts - and get lovely vouchers to treat myself :j
List for next week- Lose 2lbs
- 3 x erercise sessions
- Sign up to Race for Life
- 3 x NSD's
- Start work at 8.30
