2009 diary - time to make changes!

    exercise - not so far :o
    fish and salad for dinner - no, but chicken pasta so not naughty :j

    Not too bad, drunk loads of water and managed on only one cup of coffee, so far

    Gonna have a half hour tidying up blitz at 8.00 and do some exercise later, gonna dig a DVD out

    Got my head around the food thing, but really struggling to motivate myself to do any exercise. I just cannot get into the right mindset.

    1. work by 8 o'clock
    2. salad for lunch
    3. exercise
    4. 'healthy' dinner
    5. facepack
    6. sort stuff for weekend
    Will try to have any early start and early finish tomorrow to allow some time to go to the gym and start to get organised for weekend

    Really want to stick to the diet and lose 4lbs by Friday - fingers crossed :rolleyes:

    Well you're doing well with your eating... so fingers crossed for the weightloss!

    Good luck with the early start - I always aim for it and never manage it, I'm just not a morning person!
    I've got my own flat :j:j

    Now I have to pay the bills :eek:

    And feed my interiors addiction ;)

    Not really achieved much today, but actually feel ok! :rotfl: Don't really seem to have the right mind set at the moment for dieting and exercise. Going to try a new tack of cutting out snacks and desserts for a couple of weeks and see if that sets me on the right road

    Tomorrow's list
    1. work for 8.15 - no, 9 o'clock again
    2. no snacks - done
    3. pre-weekend tidy up - no, beauticians instead!
    4. email about booking holiday apartment - done
    5. check everything organised for weekend away - done

    Well, I've tried this week but I'm not sure I've achieved that much! After being good all week, food wise, I have lost the grand total of one pound!!! :o And I have not done any exercise :o

    And of top of that - it's still a week to payday and my budget is shot to pieces! :o There will be nothing paid off my overdraft this month, in fact it looks like my overall debt may increase :o

    I'm off for a big night out tonight, so there goes the last of my money. Spent £40 in the beautician's last night - but not bought anything new to wear, so maybe I am getting a bit better!!! or maybe not! :rotfl: :rotfl:

    Ok, next week needs to be frugal and detoxing! Although I am going out on Thursday night!!

    List for next week
    1. lose 2lbs
    2. exercise 3 times
    3. tidy apartment ready for girls night next week
    4. get ensuite sink fixed
    5. get to work on time
    6. go to bed at a proper time
    7. organise work diary
    Quite a big list but not done much in the last few weeks and I really need to get on track. Nearly 2 months of the year have gone by already and I've got nowhere with achieving any of my targets :eek:

    So - starting again at day one in the slim/attractive/organised/DFW quest :j

    Really good night last, had a fantastic time

    Some quite deep conversations over dinner, made me realise that I am drifting a bit in my life - and letting debt and my weight hold me back

    Feeling quite motivated by it though. Really need to re-commit to my goals, there are things I want to do - move, buy a new car, and I am being held back from doing it by my debts. Need to re-focus on paying off some debts to free up some more money to live on, cutting out all the 'extras' for a while, corner shop meals, little treats etc

    And really need to commit to a diet and fitness regime, in all my future visions I am slimmer and I know that if I was I would feel more confident to go after the other things I want in life - like a relationship :rotfl:

    So, like I said - starting again at day one - time to be the person I want to be, in fact the one I already am in my head!!!! :rolleyes:

    Well, today is a bad day! I just don't have any motivation, it's just dissappeared completlely :confused:

    I know what I need to do but just can't do it! I am still in my jamas, have done none of my weekend jobs - and have done nothing but eat and sleep for the last 24 hours :o

    How does everybody keep themselves going? I feel a complete failure :mad:

    I don't know what's the matter with me. I feel really low, I could just cry! Made myself get off the sofa and into the shower as I'm going to my Mum's but had a horrible moment with the mirror! I can't believe how fat I have got :o I've always considered myself to be Ok, just a few pounds to lose but that's not the case anymore. I am actually FAT :mad:

    I need to find some focus from somewhre - and PDQ :confused:
