Aww, Shoe Gal, it's a horrible feeling, I haven't been able to wear my favourite boots for a couple of years as I can no longer do them up:rolleyes:. Remember a new year is just around the corner, so we can start all our target afresh.

Right Shoe gal, there is nothing you can do about it right now. I too am the fattest I have ever been ever and I have decided that until after Christmas I am just going to damn well enjoy myself when ever I can. (Fri, Mulled wine PJ's double episode of Medium) (sat, shopping and sun tidying in a non work related way)
its a grim feeling - I had to buy special boots with wide legs:o but I am going to make a list (once work has finished) of all the problems I am going to solve next year and work on each "problem" per month trying to build new habits to help, little things. I have managed a couple this year (getting my clothes ready, always taking my make up off - was terrible) and I must stopping thinking I can fix everything all at once with some big complicated plan, I think it might be sinking in...........s l o w l y.
I am so impressed you have painted your hall and making your house all nice, you do lots of good things and have made a good life for yourself please don't forget your achievements xx
BIG Hugs xxxxxxNevertheless she persisted.0 -
Thanks Buffy - you are always so kind :A
PS - my non-zipping boots are wide leg :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:Sometimes it's hard to walk in a single woman's shoes - that's why we need really special ones!Total debt @ Oct 2008: £29,226.42 Credit Card- £[STRIKE]7493.56[/STRIKE] - £7243.56Weightloss : 0/34lbs0 -
((((hugs)))) Shoegal.
I was the fattest I have ever been by a mile and nothing in my wardrobe fitted up to a couple of months ago, and I still have two stone to go.We are coming up to the most boring yet motivating month of the year, so start planning HOW you are going to get fit healthy and even more F fabulous in 2010! :j
For me I try to not even buy junk food, cook great batches of hearty soups/ slow cooker stews/ anything with loads of pulses or veg in. I will willingly eat the same thing several days in a row so there isn't much cooking required, and it's cheaper than ready meals, vending machines, takeaways and sarnie shops. :money:Declutterbug-in-progress.⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️0 -
God I'm tiny short but my little belly is huge (wibble wobble). Luckily I have fabulous self esteem but start the new job on Thursday and dont want to have to go a size up because my boobs and belly are too massive to fit in anything! Wont whinge but will have a flat stomach (at some point) in 2010. Wibbly wobble X'The road to a friends house is never long'0
