And you're meant to be having a couple of weeks off...that means keeping off the scales. There's no point upsetting yourself when you're having a break.

The year's almost out so try enjoy the few weeks that are left, we're all going to try really hard in 2010 so until then eat, drink and be merry :beer:


And I'm just about to eat 2 burgers in buns (that's 2 burgers per bun!)followed by a whole mandarin cheesecake, and I've just eaten 4 custard creams Got a feeling if the burgers take any longer then I'll be having more too :mad:

Was going out to meet friends tonight - and I couldn't even zip up my boots :eek: I have never been so fat, I am ashamed Went out (in shoes!) but I just wanted to hide. Am home now, ready to cry

Right madam...excuse me while i rant at you....
Stay AWAY from anything that zips, has buttons that were on the verge, etc etc.
ONLY wear what is and always has been comfortable and fits you. Don't go near the 'i can almost fit into them' items, the ones that need constant hoiking up or holding in of the belly yes you know the ones. DO YOU HEAR ME???? I'm warning you...this is a very slippery slope..
Rant over:o:o...sorry to be so forward but this is like a replay of my life every time i come home from the shops...with nothing to show for all the trying on.:o:eek::rolleyes:

Primarni, evans (2 for £25 jeans that fit fabulously), Matalan, Tesco...places you can get good basic stuff for big girls...get your butt out there...nothing to pricey and not too much mind...this too shall pass:D:rolleyes:
