So its only 3 days to my holiday (and only 1 more work get up) and starting to get very excited

Made another payment of the mortgage for April of £155 (balance of food budget, bank interest, cancelled gym membership and an extra £10)

Thought the extra £10 would take me under the 30K mark but then twigged statement hadn't deducted the £215 I made at the end of March

So I am under the 30K think I'll celebrate with a few drinks on holiday and as it's All Inclusive it won't cost me anymore money

See you in 2 weeks, keep up the good work everyone :T

    Hi all

Been back from holiday for a week now and it was absolutely fantastic, weather high 20's low 30's so very tanned

Downside the food was so good and the waiters to good at topping your drinks up that I have gained 6lb  so I cant say that I've lost a stone in weight anymore (told you it was a good holiday)

Going to get back on track starting Tuesday with the healthy eating, but I'm not changing my signature it will just have to stay at 16lb for a while (hopefully this will shame me into trying to be good)

Money wise not much to say as haven't made any plans since I got back so will do this during the week

Only thing that has happended is OP for £102 has been paid of my mortgage

Holidays are very important in recharging you mentally so it's good to see you've done so and are now set for the summer weather here too. Hope those extra lbs drop off quickly.
  • Nice weather for you to re-aclimatise to! Had three loads of washing dry on the line today. Glad you enjoyed hols.

Enjoying the sunny weather whilst at boyfriends, all his washing is now washed and dried whilst my dirty holiday washing is still in suitcase at home

Boyfriend got some free seeds from the BBC Dig It and have also bought some rocket, spring onions, mint (for the mojitos) when we went and got some compost. Very tempted to buy some radish seeds but resisted

Have planted rocket, lettuce, spring onions, butternut squash and carrots in a variety of pots and watered them in, I keep thinking I'll be amazed if they grow but hopefully we will get something growing

Have also today been "helping" with sorting out the rubbish in the shed/outhouse, did 2 trips to the tip so feel like we have done some good. Kept sneaking things into the boot and demanding a reason why he could it, so managed to clear some of the stuff he had under the stairs

Should be at home next weekend, so will have to write a job list for my house, probably try and get back bedroom painted and starting to get sick of all the stuff being in the hall (have to squeeze past it all to get to bed)
