    Good morning fellow challengers!!!!

Today I have so far had a bowl of porridge and 4 grapes. I will be having a ham and tomato sandwich for lunch - on Burgen bread without butter/spread/mayo (picked up this tip somewhere, apparently the seeds in the bread make it moist).

I'm also going to the gym at lunchtime, get the week off to a good start etc.

I did some lunges over the weekend, I'd forgotten how hard they are! My bum muscles hurt still! I did about 60 each day.

A pound down for me this week - hmm so if I lose 6 pounds in the next week I hit the target! :rotfl:

Actually I think staying fairly static and starting afresh in February might be more likely!

    Afternoon people.

I havent long returned from a long walk to the shops and back - coming back was worse because I was carrying a huge bag of shopping:rolleyes: I even picked up a bag of lemons - well I just fancied eating one (don't worry I do this from time to time) and I can use them to add flavour to my food instead of using salt.

Thanks Tara! I measure once a month but I have gone back to the standard 3 measurements - the last lot were (takes a deep breath!)

    Bust - 48 inches
    Waist - 42.5 inches
    Hips - 54 inches

Um I really want to get them down!

Believe me if I can do it then anyone can. I'm still quietly impressed with myself when I'm able to run up the 2 flights of stairs in my house instead of staggering up and having a rest half way like I used to before I lost 6 stone.

I'm going to weight tomorrow as I've been having toilet issues today iykwim! Should be ok tomorrow to give a proper weight!
