I went to the gym at lunchtime, even managed 20 mins on the exercise bike, the hill bits were tough going!!!!
Lunch was last night's leftovers, I also had 2 oatcakes. My appetite seems slightly better than last week (start of hoodia trial) but still nowhere near what it was. I guess that's not a problem, last week I had almost no interest in food! Very unusual for me... :rotfl:
Anyway, good luck to all this weekend. I'm going away with OH to see some friends so will try to eat sensibly.Get to 119lbs! 1/2/09: 135.6lbs 1/5/11: 145.8lbs 30/3/13 150lbs 22/2/14 137lbs 2/6/14 128lbs 29/8/14 124lbs 2/6/17 126lbs

Hmm my weight at the moment seems to be up and down like a tart's knickers! I seem to be losing and re-gaining the same flipping 2 pounds and can I get back below 21 stone? Can I blazes (mind you eating 2 pounds worth of carrots as snacks yesterday may have something to do with my 2 pound gain today!)

I got up late this morning so I had my mid morning coffee instead.
Lunch was a ham sandwich with beetroot (I love beetroot) on wholemeal bread. I then walked briskly up the hill (about a mile) to the hairdressers..shivered in the hairdressers whilst my feet warmed up (it was cold out) and then when I came out walked home but I did stop at the chippy on the way and had a portion of chips (they were calling to me plus the chippy I use, never has greasy chips and they are all thick cut). Chippy chips are a real treat for me because I don't have them very often.0 -
Well friday's my day for weighng myself in the bathroom. Well I lose only 3/4of a lb off - at least its heading in the right direction. Hopefully it will be a bit better next week as was out last week to pizza hut and really had a blow out. its very hard to be good when at work everyone brings in cakes and biscuits but I managing to stick to my lovely fruit and oatcakes most of the time. Cheated today had a cake - will be good the rest of the week,MFIT T2 Challenge - No 46

well.. this week might end up being a right off! i think i've done ok so far, but i'm going to a friend's tonight for drinks and food and whilst my paul mckenna rules work just fine when i'm sober and going out my daily business... i don't think they'll stand up so well against alcohol and snack food!!0

I think that I must have shivered a few pounds off this morning - I asked some chums to take some photos of me so they took me to the guide camping ground for some picturesque pics (they would be picturesque if I wasnt in them:eek: ). I realised just how fat and awful I look so I also need to get myself off to the spa for a facial or two because I have dark circles under my eyes:rolleyes:
Breakfast - was a half fat digestive biscuit with a thin sliver of cheese.
Lunch - ham and beetroot sandwich on wholemeal bread followed by an untoasted warburton fruity teacake with thin smear of clover.
Dinner will be part of a cornish pasty (I have a family sized one which is broken), with some veg and maybe a bit of gravy.
Now then I want to ask a question - will drinking the beetroot vinegar harm me?0 -

I can't see why not! I used to drink vinegar when I was younger AND they reckon vinegar is a good fat burner!Do not meddle in the affairs of Dragons, for thou art crunchy and good with catsup

Thanks for that Dragon - I hate to waste the beetroot vinegar and as it burns fat I need all the help I can get.
I stood on the scales this morning and discovered that I had put on 4lbs but then my lifestyle is quite sedentary and I haven't spend 7hours a day wandering around city streets. Mind you when I go to the Spring Fair at the NEC it is spread over 20 halls and there will be a heck of a lot of walking then:D0 -
Hello!!!
Weekend wasn't too bad, managed to drink only 2 glasses of wine which I was very proud of! I ate ok, not too much, not too little, and managed a big walk yesterday.
I have decided to measure myself instead of weighing, as (a) I am too stingy to buy scales right nowand (b) it is a better incentive for me.
So my current measurements are (deep breath):
Arms 10.5in
Bust 34.5in
Waist 29.25in
Hips 40in
Thighs 23in
Really shocking tbh!!!!! But there we go, it's all in black and white, no escaping from it etc etc. As you can see, I am the classic hourglass shape with extra fat, or maybe even a pear (but my bust is too big to be a pear, I wonder if I can invent my own shape!).
I will measure myself weekly and post the results. I hope I can still post on the half-stone threads...
Well done to the weight losers! I too have heard that vinegar can help with weight loss, cider vinegar in particular but I'm sure they're all good.Get to 119lbs! 1/2/09: 135.6lbs 1/5/11: 145.8lbs 30/3/13 150lbs 22/2/14 137lbs 2/6/14 128lbs 29/8/14 124lbs 2/6/17 126lbs
