Lol, if only it was so easy. I can still receive incoming calls just can't call out myself. I've still got over a yr on my contract & it's the 1st time I've been l8 paying it, so it's not on my DRO application.

well u can still put it on...its not been submitted yet...give them a ring 2morrow xx:)

I dunno. My mobiles my lifeline. I'd be in real trouble without it. I'll have 2 have a think about it. I'm more worried about the people that turned up on my doorstep 2day, even tho I've already spoke 2 their head office on saturday. I got a txt this am, saying will u be on if we call round in half an hr, I said no, I'm out. Within 10mins they were knocking at my door. Think I'm gonna have trouble with this 1

no dont let them frighten you, there are a lot of posts about this sort of thing on the bankruptsy thread...there is absolutely nothing they can do..they cant come in unless you invite them in..just tell them to !!!!!! off or ignor the door...have you sent those letters off ?...get yourself a cheap handset for now and a new sim ...honestly b.s they are just trying to put the frightners on...iff wba or one of the other experts are reading this they will tell you the same...they may even have a link that explains it...:(:(

No, I've got them all ready 2 post & will be doing so 2moro, I just couldn't believe that they're at my door already.............like flies on s***! I thought I may have trouble with these as they're doorstep lenders. I think it bothered me more cos Sams at home, if he were at school I'd have torn a strip off them.

ive just been reading a couple of threads on this forum from a woman who was being harressed by doorstep callers...some-one from cccs told her to write a letter saying...please remove me from your telephone database and communicate in writing only.as ur constant calls and doorstep visits are causing me stress, something to do with the code of conduct...keep ur chin up, thers nothing they can do to you...:):):)

Thanks. I'll have 2 have a look, see if it's gonna be useful 4 me 2 use. They can't have wot I haven't got anyway, so not gonna worry 2 much. I've got 38p 2 my name until nxt Tues................do u think that will appease them? lol xxx

throw it thru the letterbox and let them fight for it....but make sure u dont favour one over the other. lol:rotfl::rotfl:

I'll have 2 write them a cheque.............it's my current bank balance!!! So embarassing having 2 send that statement 2 NDL, maybe they'll have a whip round 4 me, lol
