Hi all,
Day one for me today - I had my last cigarette last night at 5pm - just before I went for hypnotherapy. I did it once before (seven years ago) before I had the kids and styed off it until about a year ago - when a rush of blood to the head got me buying cigarettes again.
Feeling OK today - my mouth is incredibly dry but I'm certainly not craving mentally - although I do feel a bit odd (nicotine withdrawal!).
I needed to quit - especially as I have three little ones and I really want to see them grow up. Just got to talk OH into quitting now!

Welcome to the madhouse maggiesmummy!
A lot of people recommend ice pops - maybe they would be a low-cal help for the dry mouth? I personally am getting through a bottle of Robinsons squash every other dayMortgage-Free WannabeMortgage at start [20/6/12]: £151,800/MFD Jun 2035 (age 65)Mortgage now [5/11/14]: £139,212.14/MFD Oct 2029 (age 59)Personal Library 2014:starmod: Read in 2014: 57/60 :starmod: In Progress: 2 :starmod: Books In: 94 :starmod: Books Out: 12 :starmod: TBR: 847 :starmod:0
