Apologies janiebaby! For a minute there I almost (:o) forgot to wish you all the very, very best with your surgery next week. I sincerely hope all goes well and that you'll be able to go about normal everyday life as soon as is possible. Funny about what you've said about the fusing of the bones though, for you it's a good thing, for me, it's not so good as I have terrible pain in my neck and shoulder due to the "fusing together of bones"!! How about that for downright weird, or it is to me at least!
All the very best to you janie, it'll be good to see you back as soon as you're able. Hello there Lula! It's so good to see you again.:D By heck, it's been a good long while for you since first coming on here all that time ago! Excellent that it's been nigh on 2 years since you quit. I'll bet you've really felt the benefits as we all do, you did so very well Nula, I so often think of you when writing the phrase "you CAN do it", as you always used to say "we WILL do it"! See the tracks you've left behind?Don't leave it so long til the next time mind as it's so good to have quitters like you giving 'quitters in progress' the motivation to stay strong, and to know that it really is worth it all. Just as with you when you were here, I still have a few really great helpers...though we can always do with another ...whenever you've the time. <<she turns away whistling>>
Yes, Lula....you DID DO IT!!! :T:T:T:T:T:T:T:T:T:T:T:T:T:T Best wishes to your little one, you too.

That is just wonderful to hear mz_grim and it's all that YOU alone have done, and that exclamation of "I AM A NON SMOKER !!!" is something amazing that keeps ringing in your ears. Always remain focused on that phrase at any weaker times you may have and you will do so very well.
I love the positive sounding quitters...and you are one of them! :j Sleep well ...as a non-smoker deserves to!

You sound as though you're all ready elfen, maybe a little apprehensive too which is quite natural, but it's a really great life you're seeking...and you'll be able to buy yourself some really lovely treats after just a little while of being a non-smoker. In fact it's something yyou should do...why not, you'll have deserved it after all.;)
For now, one day at a time, but always keeping focused on the time you'll have gone without whether it be minutes, hours or weeks ~ any of those is a real achievement, see it for that.
Sleep well..all will be ok.
