As long as you leave a minimum of 8 hours between doses you should be fine. So that is absolutely right, the earlier you take the pill, the less likely it is that you will have trouble sleeping! And to combat the nausea, try taking the pills with a meal and a full glass of water.

Thanks for that roxanne very useful. I wasnt being daft after all lol

If i do have trouble sleeping etc would be okay for me to take calms or the likes of at the same time as zyban

Day 9 - no probs. Caught a few whiffs of puffs of smoke when out and about in the city, but never felt hugely tempted.

Lot happier today - maybe because I allowed myself to stuff my face all day - compensation????

I am so gonna start eating well soon - I promise!!

Good luck to everyone else - looking forward to hearing how you've got on x

I've got to say this thread is giving a lot of inspiration.

I'm looking forward to seeing the nurse on Monday.

I was thinking last night in bed I so wish I listened to my mom all them years ago.

When I was 14 I told my mom I smoked laid my cards on the table etc. She was said that's fine along as long as you can afford to buy them etc. I could at the time, I had a paper round and stocked shelves after school in my local newsagents.

My mom's famous words thinking about it was "GIVE UP NOW WHILST YOUR NOT ADDICTED" did I listen NO now look at me :-(
