Hi all! I just came across this board, what a fantastic place to get lots of positivity and support from fellow quitters.

I'm a trained stop smoking advisor with the NHS in London, so if anyone is in need of any information or advice, please do get in touch. I would be more than happy to assist.

    Best of luck!

Hello everyone I would love to join you in stopping smoking. I'm going cold turkey with help from Allen Carr's book. So far not bad. I am going through motions in my head but I'm still strong and don't let the nicotin take over.
I will be so gratefull for a bit of support to kick this awful habit/addiction.

Good Luck to everyone and Well Done to you guys that did it.

  • Happy New Year folks :)

Have been thinking that i will pop on here a bit more for a little while, i definately benefitted from having some of the old non smokers around so i will be here for advice and things when i can :)

Hope everyone is doing well, remember you arent depriving yourself of anything by quitting, ever fag you dont have is a move towards a healthier you!

My top tip of the day - buy your favourite fresh fruit or vegetables 2 days after your last fag, bet you it will taste so much better than it did pre-stopping :D

    Puzzled xx
