You're very welcome Bellrooster. I really find the Rescue Remedy helps.
Good luck,
we're all on a journey and sometimes we get a little off track, but so what, we're all heading in the right direction!
Night night all.

, sounds like a great idea.
How does the challenge work? Do I just say how many days in the month I am going to try and stay sober, like a target?
Hi sleepbetter! I just joined this thread today too.. :T
It is really good to read what others have been through, and being able to relate to it, like you say, it stops you feeling so crazy! because I don't know about you but there isn't anyone at home, friends or relatives who you can talk about it with. I sort of feel a mixture of being ashamed of myself, and not wanting to worry anyone! so it's good that we can chat amongst people who know what its all about..
Good luck, and hopefully we'll get to know each other (and everyone else) on our journey!0 -

I've never tried Rescue Remedy but I didn't know it had brandy in it, I know lots of herbal tinctures contain alcohol though.HOUSE MOVE FUND £16,000/ £19,000

I hope everything works out ok and you find your own way though all this fedup. Are you going to leave the thread completely? It would be nice to know you were still lurking around and diving in when you felt the need.0 -

Quite the opposite - I'll steam into the kitchen after a drink and eat, and eat and eat until I really can't fit anything else in.
While I've been off the beer I've noticed a slight increase in the sweet stuff. Which is weird, as I don't normally have a sweet tooth at all (and I recall something in part 1 of this thread about that being common...)

At this rate the government will have to bail the drinks industry out next.
Roght off to catch up with the thread. Hope you're all on track and had a good day.
