erm...'corse it's an option....????? feelings seem to be running high lately; not sure why, I've objected to one or two posts but then someone else has chipped in & made me think a bit differently...thought we were all here for each other - doesn't mean we EVER have to agree with each other! Right,
I've realised a flaw in what I said earlier....I am not drinking today and I won't be drinking tomorrow. Or at any day in the foreseeable future.
HOWEVER : We need to remember that this thread is about cutting down at least as much as it is about stopping altogether.
I've found what works for me and staying doing that is my aim.
If someone wants to cut back a bit then we should encourage that.
I never wanted to advocate going dry for those that didn't want to. It just works for me.
We should really focus a little more if anything on how much we've saved by cutting down....perhaps we could estimate the savings made during January through our efforts? For what I've done...I start again...And whatever pain may come ...Today this ends... I'm forgiving what I've done -AF since June 20070 -
Bis - I have to agree !
I reckon for me its about £15 so far .... and that's just on cutting down ......scary huh?
