    Morning all :D

I shall drag myself off the naughty bench today and should reach my target tonight :D

annie_d - take your kudzu today, and tell yourself they WILL work from day one. I take them every day whether drinking or not and from the first day I was determined they would work, and they did :D

I suggest you Google them if you haven't already, and read up about the trials and how the Chinese have been using it for alcohol cravings for 1000's of years. If you get yourself in the right frame of mind - determination, self belief and trust in the kudzu you WILL be able to do this. Good luck :D

Have a good day everyone xx

:confused:Haven't been here for a while. Been stressed and as a result have been drinking too much. Went out Saturday night and went to a party where they kept refilling everyone's glasses with cocktails. I know there was vodka in it but I don't know what else and as it tasted lovely and orangey it was just like drinking pop. Also, someone told me that they were quite weak and so I kept drinking the stuff. At least when Im at home I know exactly what Im having. :( My OH drove us home and had to stop 3 times for me to be sick. Its been a long time since I drank enough to make me that bad! I felt so sick all day yesterday that I could hardly eat and this morning I still feel headachey and sick.

This is what alcohol does for you - so why do I keep drinking the stuff?

Well I certainly don't feel like drinking today!

    Morning all

Finished off the wine yesterday so no more points for me ( still on 15 AFD). I also ordered Kudzu for H&B so should get that in a couple of days. I am not planning on drinking anything else for the rest of the week so hopefully by the end of the month I will have clocked up 19 days out of my planned 27. Could be worse !!

Fay - well done for not drinking on the plane. Not easy !!

Budgie - How are you sweetheart ? I am worried about you.

I hope the sun is still shining wherever you are . Its chucking down here in lovely Hampshire.

    Have a great day.

budgie hope you're better very soon

40sm (just catching up on weekend posts) I used to think I was snappy with DD in the mornings cos of drinking the night before but have found I'm like it all the time & am just a nasty cow.

I'm on my own liking the Barbie song then :D

My "moderation" over the weekend worked OK on Sat (in that I seemed to get v drunk on less than usual!!); went to bed at 9.30. Was rubbish yesterday 2 bottles but even so was in bed by 10 with a mug of tea & up at 6 today with no sign of a hangover. I maybe had half a bottle less than usual over the 2 days? not much I know but at least I was trying. I took the kudzu but only remembered it as I was about to have the first drink on both days - not sure you're supposed to wash it down with chardonnay!Back to it today, going to be af.

Just realised, mathematical genius that I am, there aren't enough days left in April to make my target....bummer! was going for a last minute rush on it!
