    Morning all :D

Budgie - I hope you feel better soon ;)

Miss Piggy - Don't even get me started on neighbours :mad: It was our next door neighbours who started my overeating and over drinking to begin with. It would take a month of Sundays to even try to explain just some of the things they put us through, but they were the most evil pair I have ever met in my life. It all got very very nasty 24/7. I wouldn't even open my curtains or go in the garden, Leaving the house at all took every bit of courage I could muster up  It affected my health badly, and even that of my hubby and kids. It all ended in court and we came through the victors in the end and the evil twosome got what they deserved but I still get nightmares about them

Anyway, I went to the wedding reception last night. Left there at 12.30 am so was there several hours and the only alcohol I had was 2 small glasses of wine  It was the first big social event since cutting down and I didn't want to drink so much I ended up forgetting what happened or what I said, but I didn't even have to make an effort. The kudzu did the hard work for me and I was more than happy with 2 glasses :D Previously unheard of :rotfl::rotfl:I reckon I would have drunk more if I'd stayed at home

Have a good day everyone xx

    Hi all

I sucumbed (SP?) to the wine last night . I asked DH to get me some as he was going shopping . He said " but you are not allowed " So I kinda hoped that he wouldn't but he did - SOOO I drank it . This means I am still on 15 days and I will not reach my 100 days target but I am still going to use it as a target over the next few months to keep me in line.

Have a lovely sunny day everyone !

Budgie - please get better soon - we all miss you

Miss Piggy Good luck with the morning rave! Have you considered a little bit of obsure opera? that should get them up:D

    Eselt love your nightmare list.

BHBHow about Grandma we love you

Lillibet Im up and about early as well when the sun comes out. Dashed out to get the Rich List this morning and they missed me out again mmmm must be 101

Had a good couple of days did plan to have a glass of wine last night but by 8 when I sat down I couldnt be bothered so 2 teas worked for me.

    Have a great sunday everyone

    14 please HS
    29th Feb Quit Day :j
  • I have amazed myself though - I would normally be sleeping off a couple of bottles of wine until at least 11.00 'ish.

Morning Lillibet, please don't yell so loud! I had the bottle and a half of wine yesterday and while I'm up at 10 I can't claim to be anything like as spritely as you today. I reckon I had 13 units yesterday. Really enjoyed it at the time, ordered 'small' glasses in the 3 pubs instead of my usual large so knocked half a bottle of wine off my total. Enough to fall asleep on the sofa early anyway. I'm not fully hungover today, just a bit bleary around my eyes and a little headache.

Budgie, get well soon, look after yourself
miss piggy - Reckon some theme tunes might be appropriate revenge. What about minder on repeat. Or do you have some Abba?

So, I'm trying to step off the naughty bench now until Thursday. Have a good day everyone.

Whoops forgot to say earlier- get well soon Budgie, sounds like you've had a rough time.

Fluffy- sounds like you had a complete nightmare, I've had the same neighbours since I moved in here and they are lovely, both sides, can't imagine the nightmare you've been through.

Miss Piggy, think you ought to add Bryan Adams everything I do to the playlist and a bit of terry wogans floral dance- thats enough to drive anyone nuts methinks.

I would play meatloaf - bat out of hell - full volume - it's a long song and lots of loud noise in it - i love playing it when i am driving, windows open, in the sun, especially =when i am stressed, it has a calming effect on me!

hey sleepyjo- snap- I love driving to this, although I'm not allowed to if I have teenage DS and his mates in the car-he had to have a quiet word with me, aparently headbanging at the traffic lights, singing your head off at my age isn't cool- so I do it to aerosmiths dude looks like a lady now when I think noones looking.

quiet word to Molly - well done for keeping it up after your anniversary...sometimes the lustre can fade as the targets go but really, there have been so many days where I wake up and think..."great...another day that I've got" and I see a parallel universe me who would have completely wasted another day and not appreciated its gifts at all.

There have been countless days when I've thought "hmm, in another time and another place, I'd still be asleep now...or twitching for the next drink...or so rough that I really wouldn't fancy driving right now"...

    take care everyone....,

Thanks Bismarck....you have been my inspiration and have been behind me all the way.
I am still wearing the bracelet to remind me;)
