Have people found that the Kudzu helps? I desparately need SOMETHING
hi annie, i have found that the kudzu help, i take 2 tablets at 3.00 p.m. (that is my danger time) and i haven't really thought about alc and i haven't been getting as stressed lately, wether that is the kudzu, or because i haven't been drinking alc! i'm not sure, but i think they are helping me, and they cannot do any harm anyhow, go and buy some - holland and barratt sell them, but i cannot find the kudzu drops anywhere, if anyone know where i can buy them, would be most grateful - apart from ebay, as i don't want people reading my feedback, and thinking i have a drink problem! (i will keep that to myself and you guys)0 -

congrats on the 15 days - you must feel great! and you are not a bad mother, any one who goes shopping with 3 sons and husband, deserves a medal! i remember what it was like taking one child shopping! let alone 3.
My sons are 9, 7.5, and 5.5. so quite a handful !! My husband is 48 :rotfl:

Have people found that the Kudzu helps? I desparately need SOMETHING
They are most definitely helping me cut down. I am now NOT drinking 4 nights in the week and though I allow myself to drink at weekends I am drinking far less.
Last year I tried many times to cut down but failed, so I attribute my success the last 2 months to the kudzu. I recommend you Google them and read up about them first too. I am sure this helped get me in the right frame of mind and I no longer climb the walls on the nights I don't drink. For me, they are the best thing since sliced bread:j

40 something mum - you are only human - nothing monsterous - just human cut yourself some slack!! I am a monsterously bad parent - its the one thing I shine at!
Honestly this is hard enough and we get grumpy with ourselves so its perfectly acceptable to get mad when WW3 is occuring!!
Annie - also taking Kudzo and no idea if its helping but occasionally I even forget about wine.
Big birthday party tonight - OH and I are now arguing about who will drive - lol
Will take some kudzo and hope I dont seccumb to some wine - but on the other had I want to drink normally sometimes when out - prob with me is I don't just normally manage 'just the one'. So will see!
Wish me luck - AFD last night - very odd to be sober around OH it usually gets me so nervous I have to have a couple glasses - which sounds so sad - which puts me on 18? or 19 (wishful thinking) not sure - nice lovely scorer person I am one more than last time!!Total debt 26/4/18 <£1925 we were getting there. :beer:

Hi everyone
I am really considering having some wine tonight . I have been really good this week 5 AFD in a row. Only thing is if I give in I will have failed my 100 day AF challenge ( I am only on day 5).
I will really really try not to give in .
let you know how i get on

why not make yourself a nice long iced cocktail - have just made a large jug of diet lemonade, lime cordial, half a squeezed lemon, half a pint of ginger beer and chopped up a satsuma - very small and have put it in a jug, inside the freezer for two hours or so, just so it gets a nice iced top on it, then i am going to drink that tonight, as our outing tonight has been cancelled!
good luck which ever way you choose, but like gc says, don't make the dicision now, wait untill you see how you feel tonight and then re-think. jo-jo0 -

Well I think I might have a drink tonight. I'm in the mood for it tonight and I think thats the important thing I am in the mood for it, I used to drink just out of force of habit, I had no real interest in it but just did it for the sake of it. But tonight I feel in the mood for my 6 tins of lager. It amazes me that I can only drink 6 tins now and feel fairly tipsy. In my teens I would of drunk that before we ever went out, then I would of had maybe another 6-7 pints during the course of the evening.
