I emailed them earlier when I posted this link, just basically wishing them luck and asking about their services and they've emailed me back giving me a number to call for support and asking whereabouts I live and what support I'm receiving.

I've just replied so I'll let you all know if they reply and what they say, might even give them a ring on the way home.

Hi, hope everyone is doing well, i'm very pleased with myself as i have done 7 out of 8 days af and i feel HAPPY in myself, which makes a change, as i'm usually fed up about something or i thought i was!
i had an argument with a supplier on the phone this morning at work, and they got quite stroppy, usually i would go straight and down a pint of cider, but i never even thought about it this morning, it just sort of went over my head, probably cause i seem to be sleeping better at night for not drinking, usually i wake up every two or three hours, but these last few days, i have slept like a log.
i seem to have a lot more pluses for not drinking than drinking myself silly. i have done my signature, which i hope is right. hope everyone has a lovely weekend, wether indulging a little or staying af. jo-jo x

Soooooo close to getting some beer on the way home tonight :eek:

It's been a funny old afternoon, bank screwed up so didn't have money where it should have been and had to borrow some money from the mortgage account to get petrol for work. :rolleyes:

I got a bit stressed! Anyway, I didn't buy any beer and I haven't taken any diazapam, but the 6 bottles of Bitburger Drive are not going to last long

On a brighter note - home grown bacon sarnies for tea
