Stocked up on kudzu today

Planned drinking night tonight and am at a wedding reception tomorrow night so it won't be one of my 'lowest alcohol units consumed' weeks in the last 2 months, but still flipping good to my previous units consumed, so am ok with that :j:D

Hope everyone is ok tonight xx

    Hi everyone,

Back from holiday. Missed you all and thought about you more than I did about my 'non virtual' family and friends while I was away - is that really weird?!

It's taken a while to read though all the posts and catch up, but I'm finally up to date again!

Fay - I thought your post about the apres-drinking horrors was brilliant, just summed it all up perfectly, was really spot-on. I've printed it off so I can keep it close to hand as nothing else has come close to that as a reminder of the horrific day after the night before.

On 6 AF days, which doesn't sound great but my main objective on holiday was to be unhungovered and I managed that. So although there were few AF days I did manage to keep it to 2 of those small old-fashioned 125ml wine glasses a day (could the fact that the hotel was charging £5 for 1 of those have had anything to do with this?!).

    Good to be back.

    Have a great weekend.

    xx

Oh my god, Jo! You're expected to pay up £2,500 in the next 14 days?! That's outrageous.

Not quite on the same level, but I've just had a letter from a debt collection agency demanding £250 on behalf of Tesco Home Phone from 2007. Never mind the fact that I switched back to BT in 2006! I just know it's going to be many, many phone calls and emails to get this sorted...

    Day 20 AF tonight.

Can't find any clothes that look nice, need to lose some weight when I get back and start doing exercise again. Will chuck some clothes in tomorrow and hope for the best.

Have a good weekend and next week and I'll see you all again next weekend in time for the next bank holiday :T

    Hello friday night,
Well tonight was never going to be an AFD so i've had 1 can of stella and am now on my 2nd glass of wine (125mls instead of my usual 250mls) and i can't say i'm enjoying it that much. If anything i'm feeling guilty cause i've got loads of work to do for uni and now i can't concentrate as i just want to watch NCIS and then go to bed.
Aaaaaaaah! My uncle has called to tell me that i will be getting some money following my grandma's death and it's blown my head a bit. never been in this position before and i don't know what i'm supposed to do or feel. don't get me wrong i think i'll be getting a couple of hundred quid, not thousands or anything she wasn't rich it just feels strange. I think i just needed to get that off my chest, thanks for letting my waffle
