I've not been AF for 2 days BUT i've stuck within limits, I'm on my 2nd small glass of wine and just feel like going to bed. But i have been out for 2 hrs walking/jogging along the canal, so i had 2 pieces of apple pie with cream as a treat!!!
Hope everyone is having a good night, take care

can almost feel the need for it on your behalf....can I assume you'll be doing very loud drum-n-bass step aerobics at 6am to get your revenge tomorrow?
Oh i already have that planned!!! Piglet will, most likely, be up at 6.30, OH out doing car boot so I am going to put music on very very loud! may even find a few pictures to hang on the adjoining wall!
Budgie...you poor thing!!! (((hugs))) to you and hope you are better soon. We have all missed you!!!

and you'll be turning your speakers around to face the wall before you go out, (of course you'll have to go out because it will be unbearably loud....so much so you couldn't hear them knocking on your door to complain even if they did)....having put your CDs on repeat....

Morning peeps!
Am I the only one up this early on a Sunday
I have amazed myself though - I would normally be sleeping off a couple of bottles of wine until at least 11.00 'ish. However, the sun is shining beautifully here (could do with some rain though - we are never happy, are we!). Am going to get up a a while, walk/swim the dogs, iron all the uniforms for tomorrow then get out in the vegetable garden all day. Got loads of mange tout, lettuce, chard, carrots etc. to plant. Truly a bonus of not drinking so much!
Not AF for me yesterday, but have cut right down so I am pleased with myself.:j
Whatever you are doing today, enjoy it....

Quiet on here tonight. Hope everyone is having nice saturday nights.
Tonight is hard for me and the wine has been opened. We have some neighbours that are fairly noisy. They have VERY loud arguments and play music loudly. Never overly late but enough to make you turn the tele up. Tonight they are having a bbq with friends and the noise is mad. They have now moved indoors but lots of yelling, screaming, laughing etc.
I don't think I'm an intolerant person. We spoke to them before and she admitted they were loud and that us english poeple were much quieter (they are portugese). They agreed to let us know when to expect parties. Obviously slipped their minds:mad:. If it carries on past 11 then I WILL be knocking on thier door. Doesn't worry me but get fed up with this (we had neighbours the other side who caused horrendous problems with all night parties and who eventually did a moonlit flit!)
Sorry to whinge but am feeling fed up. Know wine doesn't help but tonight I feel I NEED it. Not good.

can i suggest 500bpm banging Gabba Techno, at around 5am?:eek:

Hi all- lots of positivity this weekend.
I've got a few 'worst nightmare' songs to repeat to the neighbours this morning:
star trekking
agadoo
barbie girl
and my personal favourite, motorheads ace of spades (could listen to that all day myself)
Someone was asking about the kudzu drops, I get mine here, quite cheap, my little bottle lasted about 3 weeks. I put mine in a bottle of water which I take to work, with some fizzy vitamins in too, and sip it over the day, I then have some drops in a glass of water when I get home to help with the evening- I'm sure it helps, I've been prescribed campral by my GP before and I think, for me anyway, kudzu is better as it seems to help you manage your thoughts about alcohol as well as the physical cravings.

Best of luck today everyone- beware of BBQ's, take care.0 -
