Not quite sure though why I couldn't stick with the marmalade ?

Re Vit B - thanks for that Eselt - is there any strong stuff I can buy over the counter.
Winebox - I had lung function tests a few years ago when I had pulmonary embolisms - the technician remarked that it's not often she sees the lungs of someone who has never smoked;)
You wouldn't believe what I have inhaled over the years  at least 20 a day plus other assorted substances - I don't do any of that now, I just chew Nicorette like it's going out of fashion, it's like chewing dog ends
Budgie - wish I could give you double thanks.
I'm not going to push my luck with Big Sis (NTC) - don't want to get the boot before I've even frolicked naked in the garden or fed the chickens.
BTW My favourite Goody moment was "do chick peas come from chickens?"
Poor lass
Anyway, the bells have been ringing all night, don't know if I'm going to make it to the end of the month.
Local off licence shuts at 10.00 then I would have to get in the car and go to the 24 hour petrol station - also selling 24 hour booze!
I don't think I'm that desperate yet - give it another day or two
I find that the older I get the more attractive Marmite is becoming, I used to hate the stuff, now I suck it off the toast if the kids leave any
Back to the decaff tea, will try to ignore the bells
Jo - U OK? You've been such an inspiration to me
Lurkio - see you're lurking - are you up to posting?

Hi Upsy,
Yes my Ds graduated from University last year and now works in London which is miles away from me. He is my only wonderful child and I miss him so so much.
But he has a good job in the city and is doing well
His uni want to feature him on their website as one of the their successful graduates, (going into proud mum mode now :-)
And he got a first :T
Better go now, hey you think I do long posts?
If I get started on my Darling Son you will be reading until dawn :rotfl:

Hey UD - get into your pj's then you can't go to the later open shop.
I have locked my purse at work and am in my pj's the effort involved in driving to work once I have got redressed isn't worth it!!!
Hugs to you hope your bells stop clanging.Total debt 26/4/18 <£1925 we were getting there.

BB - He sounds like just my type:j :j If I were 10 years younger and he were 10 years older...
FayjMck - I've now taken my lenses out so can't go anywhere.
I like the "leaving the purse at work" idea, it wouldn't work for us though as we have a money pot in the kitchen with our weeks allowance in it and just dip in and take out what we need.
Last weeks allowance lasted 10 days due to my new (partial) AF lifestyle:T :T
Onward and upward - I'm going to the gym tomorrow - that will also be a danger time afterwards because I will feel I have "earned" a drink (aka bottle). If I get time I'll use the money in H and B and treat meself to some Kudzu and Milk Thistle

Hi every one just a thought my partner is an alcoholic and has tried everything to stop and the best was AA.
Butwith my work patern and the kids she stopped going and was offered CDT community drugs and alcohol in this she was given librum or something but she didnt stop for long.
Now she is drinking 4 cans a night with no food etc it use to be more cans. + Domestic V and abuse towards me.
But now she is seeing some nhs counciler who has told her to take VIT C ,B1 and b complex.
She did go to CDT but was told she didn't drink enought.
She says that drink is her friend and i wont talk to her but how can i when all she does is give me pooh and if we do try and talk it still goes the wrong way.
I know some will say to leave her but the house use to be my parents and there is no way i am giving that up.
Things are getting a bit better but as soon as i hear that can open iknow not to talk to her as i cant do right from wrong .
I do have a dairy sort off of things that have happened in the past but i would have to did it out.
The oh also has depresion and is under a CPN

11 AF please, ntc.
Almost gave in today. I had my meeting (thanks for thinking of me Budgie) and it went really well. So well that I was given a bottle of wine as a thank you!!! I was sorely tempted but it was white and not my fav red so that helped a bit. I then got a bit of a headache and used it to visualise how grim I felt on Monday after the naughty bench. Then I took my Kudzu and got on with the evening. And here I am just a day away from my target!! Goodnight all.0 -
 to Niall24 and any other newbies. Niall - that sounds very tough for you.
BB - I'm okay thank you. Glad to read your son is paying you a visit for your birthday, he sounds quite wonderful.
Eselt - it sounds like you have really sorted out your priorities in life, well done!
I love marmite although it burns my mouth if I accidentally put too much on my toast.:p
10th day AF for me today. Thanks NTC for keeping score.
Hope you are all okay.:AHOUSE MOVE FUND £16,000/ £19,000
